   Rofuto was great, great food, great server, great decor and vibe! Only have a few things I thought could have been better, the receptionist of Rofuto wasn't very welcoming, he seemed shut off and had the cba mood. Sloppy welcome and disengaged when he showed us our table. Also the parking wasn't made clear, though we had to pay for parking, but after paying for it the receptionist at park Regis when we went in said its complimentary. But nowhere at the car park says it's free parking for guest for park Regis or if you are dining in any of the restaurants such as Rofuto. Wasted money and didn't get it back

   Very large spacious restaurant. I liked the music and atmosphere. Food was lovely and we were all very content afterwards. Was not very full on the night we went. Although quite a few staff working, quite a delay and difficult getting anyone’s attention. They seemed quite busy chatting at the bar, not really seeing to the diners. Sorry to hear they are closing though.

   Overall had a lovely dining experience only thing let it down I think was the time of year we went December it seems all the waiting staff put their attention onto the big tables of Christmas parties and forget about the couples as we felt neglected and no smile from our waiter forgot the basics like water and didn't ask how our meal was didn't ask if we wanted more drinks and didn't offer us dessert unless we said. A shame as food was wonderful.

   As with other reviews the service was slow. Our waiter got the drinks wrong multiple times and gave off the impression he couldn’t be bothered to be there, he also forgot to give us the dipping sauces which came with the meal, these arrived after we had finished....The place is gorgeous but the food was average at best and arrived lukewarm which was disappointing given the price.

   Top quality food. The Thai monkfish has to be one of the finest dishes I have ever tasted in my life, and I lived with a Thai cook for 6 years! Staff are super friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is lively but at the same time you don't feel on show and under scrutiny of other diners. I went to celebrate my 40th with a couple of close friends and it really delivered a memorable experience. The only thing which struck is as a little odd was that we didn't see one East Asian member of staff throughout the entire night, which subtracted from the authenticity. Would recommend Rofuto in a heartbeat to anyone looking for something different, or just for some great food and service.

   Our second visit after a fantastic first time. Sadly, it was a little disappointing this time around. The menu has been expanded and now it seems rather than doing a small selection very well, they offer a bigger selection of hit and miss dishes. Service was also hit and miss. We ordered two sushi dishes that never arrived. We pointed this out but they still appeared on the bill. We ordered a couple of items from the "nibbles" section of the menu but these didn't arrive until we were midway through our meals. Such a pity as we'd previously been really impressed with the place.

   We were a party of four with one vegan and one vegetarian and the service could not have been better or more helpful with menu explanations, discussion and help with changes to dishes. Made for a great evening and the food was delicious. Will definitely be back.

   Our return to Rofuto was good, although a little less so than previously. This as although we were asked by the waitress how we wanted our food, which was a selection of small plates between four of us, we thought this related to what order the dishes came to us, this wasn't the case! Unfortunately everything came out all together, which resulted in the inevitable, that the food you were trying after the first two or three plates was warm at best. What we were expecting and which we think would have been far better, is to have a couple of plates at a time, allowing you to take our time and then receive hot food at reasonable intervals. Having said this, we would certainly return and recommend Rofuto to anyone that has not been before. Also if you want some atmosphere, then maybe go a little later than we did, which was a 5.00pm booking, even though it was a Friday, it was still a little on the quite side.
