Roe & Co Distillery is the home of cocktail exploration and modern Irish whiskey. Nestled in the heart of the Liberties new energy surges through the former Guinness Power Station, where fun and flavour come to life.

Come join us in our cosy, heated, and fully covered Summer Garden. Enjoy some delicious small plates by the Salt Project, twists on quintessential Irish dishes, served alongside reimagined classics and signature Roe & Co cocktails.

Socafro Kitchen food was wonderful last night, especially their deserts. Best wishes to them and hope they find a premises to succeed as they deserve to. Another great night at Roe & Co Summer nights, highly recommend for 2025.

Great service with both the food & drinks, area was nicely covered & heated. Food & drinks were great & also a great atmosphere with music playing

Really great food, something a bit different, and highly recommend the cocktail pairings. The venue itself is lovely but got a bit chilly later in the night.

Another great night - fantastic and really tasty food. Service from everybody was great and the cocktails were off the scale. I cannot recommend this event highly enough! Great night!

We had a great evening in Roe and Coe's summer garden! Amazing vegetarian food from Sofraco Kitchen and cocktails from Roe and Co. Service was also perfect, thanks for everything! We have great memories!

Really enjoyable experience. Food was great - jerk chicken with the chickpea curry was a particular highlight. Service excellent. Highly recommend

The food setting and service were all brilliant. So much so I booked again this morning. We have eaten before in Mitchell star restaurants and last nights food beats them all. The tastes and flavours were incredible. We loved it all. The cocktails and again flavours and attention to detail where second to none. Highly recommended. And visit to wonderful distillery too, the whiskey is fabulous and the centre is also fabulous. A real gem.
