Lunch rush is always hit and miss, getting more consistency in service and promptness would improve attitude of staff is very laid back.

Definitely go to the Yaletown location if you are going to the Rodney's. Do not go to the one in Gastown, the food quality (4 times I been to the gastown location, either for business lunch or to take out of town guests) had been quite poor, not sure why. Happy hour is something to check out if you love raw oysters.
