While the food was decent, getting slivers of meat from (maybe 10 for the entire meal) and paying $35+ seems a bit steep to me. I could have gotten a big steak somewhere else. Let's just say it was an experience.

Having the meats brought to the table was a neat experience but when the meats have no flavor, kind of kills the experience. Told my wife after I'd rather go to Burger King next time. Business casual give me break more like street casual. If I was going to serve myself besides the meat I'll just go to Golden Corral for better tasting food and way better price.

Waited 45 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. When making reservation was asked if we wanted main area or bar seating area. Chose bar seating area only to be told when we arrived that they don’t serve food in the bar area. We were ok with that. We sat at the bar waiting to be seated, ordered a drink from the bartender who was rude to costumers, and rude to her fellow employees. She acted like she was miserable and our waitress also seemed to have the same attitude. Gentlemen serving the meat, when it finally came around to our table were very nice. Food was good when we finally got it, but that’s about the only good thing for us in this dining experience!!

Out of all of the Brazilian steakhouses I have been to, this was by far the worst experience. We had a reservation for 7:15 we were not sat until 7:50. My husband spent half of dinner without the drink he ordered or even a glass of water. The servers walking around serving food did not come to our table. We felt we had to keep making eye contact in order to get anyone to come bring us any of the meats. The buffet’s options are very limited. You’re essentially paying for an overpriced salad bar with a couple slices of meat, if you’re lucky. Oh and a drink that taste like an alcoholic made it, the bar tender was very heavy handed to the point the drinks tasted nothing like the descriptions. Very dissatisfied. Go to a different Brazilian steakhouse in Cincinnati, this one isn’t the experience you want to pay for.

Not the experience we expected. We've been to several other restaurants with similar themes but this one did not meet expectations. We had to wait >20 min to be seated despite having a reservation and many empty tables in the restaurant. The waitress told us they were short staffed on meat servers which explains why we ate very little meat, which is the reason we went to this restaurant, for the meat. There were long waits between the meat servers coming around and the meat was not hot. Overall not a great experience at all.

Bad experience with food. Our table kept getting skipped over when it came to the meat/poultry so we had to keep going to the side bars.

Great food and great overall experience. Will definitely be going back and recommend to friends.

Waited 20 mins past reservation. This might be typical on valentine's day. Salad bar was average and unfilled. Meat was delicious. I recommend for the experience but will not be returning.

First time diners, would go again.

I’ve been there before and the food tasted great. Went again 2/12 and the meat tasted old, and some of the hot side dishes were hard from sitting in hot ovens to long. Service was great.

The food is terrific! I went with my Brazilian friends and they said some of the spices were different than they were used to, but everything was delicious! The servers were very attentive. We should have paused the meat service every once in a while so we could talk because our conversation was interrupted frequently.

Meat is brought around often and is perfect temperature. Sides/salad bar was fine, nothing outstanding. I bit pricey but nice for a special evening out.

Would have given 5 stars on food if food was served at a hotter temp. Most meats were served lukewarm.

Great first time. Atmosphere was a little louder than I was expecting and the servers were mostly pretty quiet. Food is phenomenal. Unique drinks and wines. Tons of variety. A taste for everyone.

The food was amazing. We just wish there would have been more options with a temperature of Medium Well to Well Done. Nevertheless, the food we did eat was AMAZING!

Good food. Great environment. Fun concept. Kinda dead for a Thursday evening. Most employees attentive and friendly. Employee on her phone most the night (in plain sight). Overall, would recommend. Great fun place to take a group of friends. Not bad price for all you can eat steak! =)

Since their reopening under the new management group, every visit has been fantastic! Today was the no exception. The wait staff is friendly and brings their A game. The food is incredible. Rodizio is my favorite establishment to bring the family. Makes for a great Sunday Brunch!

Great place with great service and the manager came around to make sure our evening was everything we wanted it to be. We were there for my wife's bday!

I have been to other Brazilian Steakhouses and this one had a wide variety of side items. I really enjoyed this particular restaurant.

Great place to eat! More bang for your buck so even though your paying more than a standard buffet. It's worth every penny. They bring a variety of meat and is constantly bringing food over so you don't have to wait. One of my favorite restaurants by far!

Nice atmosphere, good service but overpriced. 14yr olds were charged the adult rate of $34.99 which is overpriced in my opinion. Food was OK but I’ve been to better Brazilian steakhouses before.

Just a couple of things could have been better. We had a table of 6, the meat was served from the one end. The person on the end had to keep passing plates all night. We asked for med well beef several times. They said they would bring it yet they never came back around with it. It was a lot of fun and what we had was great! Would go again.

This place is highly overrated. The service was not the best. The food was good but it wasn't memorable.

First time at this restaurant and was not sure what to expect. We had a great time, our waiter was friendly and helpful, and there was a great selection of meats, sides, salad, desserts, and drinks. I like that you are able to control if they come to your table or not to offer the meats. We will definitely go back.

Love this place!! This was our second visit and we had great service and great food both times. We’ll definitely be back!

It was nothing special. The service was extremely slow, the waitress was not knowledgeable about classic cocktails like old fashions and Irish coffees. The food was mediocre. The meat had good flavor but there was very few meat people walking around compared to competitors. The sides were poorly seasoned and dense. Had to track down the waitress to bring us our check after 25 minutes of our table token “positioned sideways” (how they tell you to position it when your ready for your check. The dessert was good. However, Probably don’t return.

Our server was great, the restaurant was very clean, and the servers who bring the different meats were so polite and personable. The different meats available were amazing, the only negative about the restaurant...the sides! The salad bar was not replenished , lettuce was out, the hot sides were not replenished and very limited choices. For $35 per person plus an extra $7 per dessert. Honestly, not worth going back for dinner expect for their brunch which would be $18 per person but you won’t get the same meat choices.

Our first visit, and we definitely be going back time and again. We have 3 grown sons and they loved it! The best lunch buffet for the money. All of the variety of meats were tasty and cooked to perfection.

Christmas dinner

The food was great. Being that traffic was low at the time we went on a Sunday, the staff asked “is there anything in particular that you want?” We were able to get our Fav’s our faster than the usual wait. Five Star Class on the Staff’s behalf.

Food was cold , meat tough !! Not worth the money and we will never go back. The old Ponderosa steak house restaurants were better !

For the price, I don't feel it was worth it. The food was good, but I don't know if I'd go again.
