Both the food and the service was amazing. Always looking forward to going back.
It was a place we have never been to it's was ok, portions wasn't very much our seating was crappy so we basically got our food last we like our meat well done but by the time they got to us it was the middle of the meat so it was barely cooked
Amazing food and experience! Perfect for a date night
Seated quickly and waitress was quick to come by for drink orders and to explain everything. Meat carvers were quick to stop by as soon as we turned our marker to green and they kept coming till we turned it to red. Waitress stopped by several times to check on us and the amount of times she stopped was just right. Absolutely loved it and is now our favorite restaurant,
The place is GREAT!!! However tonight the meats were a little over done and the chicken hearts were like hockey pucks. The pineapple was perfect!! Can never go wrong with the pineapple 😊
The staff was beyond awesome but the food was just average. I went near closing so I know that played a role but a lot of the meat was well done amd not seasoned to well when compared to similar establishments. I will admit the pieces that I had fresh off the grill were good but that was after suffering through the well done stuff first.
Amazing food!! Absolutely LOVE this place!
It was a very nice experience overall. The service from all of the staff including the servers, management and chefs was amazing. The price is on the higher end for what is offered. For our family this place is usually visited only for special occasions. If dessert was included and soft drinks the price may have matched closer to what is offered.
Food was over cooked, sausage was burned
Was treated rude by servers
Not the best experience we had in this branch. Floor was dirty with water which no one cleaned up. The salads were partially frozen and had not thawed out. The head waiter said that they were having problems with their serving area because "to replace the whole thing would be like buying a car" hence the partially frozen salads. Meats were okay. Will not return here as we feel it isn't worth returning to.
The food was sadly bland and most of it was way overcooked for us. We like Med. Rare, most was well done.
Salad Bar was pretty good. Goucho's were outstanding!!
We tried it because we were told it was better than Texas de Brazil, it is not by far. Still a good restaurant but to us, we will be going to Texas de Brazil from here on.
The meats keep coming. The goucho servers were very attentive. The glazed pineapple is delicious. The beef stroganoff from the hot food bar was good too. Lots of food come hungry!
The beef and lamb was good, the sausage was gross and the time between served meat was pour.. We waited over 10 mins several times between servers coming around with meat and had to ask for a refill on drinks twice..
Severely disappointed in the presentation, ambiance and overall class for the price.
We had really great service... the wait staff were great! But the food was often over-cooked or cold. The salad area was a mess and there was a lot empty. It was not worth the price point. Maybe $20 pp but 35? And the drinks were expensive . It was like an overpriced hometown buffet... nothing fancy. If you’re trying to do something special... try something else.... pretty disappointed by our experience.
The food and service were great, as usual. The gouchos were friendly and engaging, taking time to talk to us as they came around. The only negative comment is that it’s kind of pricey for the meal at $35/ea when they come slowly and give such small slices every time they come around.
Visited before a concert , had a reservation , manager put us at a small terrible table against a dirty wall, while seating people without reservations at prime tables.. The people serving the food were quick to come around, however our table server was not.. Dishes did not get cleared, water was not refilled, asked for items never arrived, etc..very hard to decide how to tip as all the servers share..
This was our first time dining here and it was an instant favorite! Our servers were wonderful and the food was amazing!
This was my first time here and it is a great place and with great food!! Service was also great!!
Awesome experience! Wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Food was excellent!
Our experience here was great. It was a quiet Monday night with not a lot of patrons but the service was great. Kareem was a great guy to have bringing us our food. The server and manager were also very attentive and friendly.
Most excellent all around dinning experience as usual.
I was expecting the meat selection to be brought around every ten minutes like a typical place... Make you fill up on bread and sides so as to keep prices down on meat expensive. This was not the case! Once we put up our "go" totem, the food came almost continuous. I think at one point I had four different kinds of meat on my plate while eating them at a reasonable pace. The salad bar was atypical. It has the best high end items I had seen on a bar. Ceviche, stroganoff, Buffalo chicken salad, olives, and hearty soups to name a few things. The wait staff was terrific, wonderfully seasoned meat and beautifullycooked. Rare was actually rare and medium was medium. The selections of meat was a wide variety from bacon wrapped chicken, lamb, pork tenderloin, sausages, and beef--17 different kinds, I believe. They even brought around glazed pineapple. The wait staff that brought around the meats were cheerful and happy to answer questions. This meal was one we will be repeating!
I had a great time and the waitress she was on point with everything and made sure we was comfortable and the was to our liking
Service was excellent and I was very impressed with the hostess that greeted us upon arrival and said goodbye to us upon departure. I friendly and happy face that will go a very long way with customer service
Great meat cuts and kind team. Reasonable price for lunch.
The staff at the restaurant were absolutely top-notch. I enjoyed the server that we had. I went for my birthday as I do every year. And everyone made it a special day for me.
Great taste with an exciting atmosphere! Much like Texas de Brazil(TdB), Rodizio's Grill(RG) offers an array of meats served on spits by gauchos.
While both serve a cheese bread appetizer and cinnamon roasted bananas(pallet cleanser), RG also brings out polenta.
What sets RG apart is their selection of side dishes. Both have mashed potatoes, but RG also has things like rice, collard greens, and roasted veggies.
To some TdB is too overly seasoned, @ RG; those softer pallets get rewarded. While some meats are seasoned; like the chicken, pork, and ham; others are left to a more natural flavor.
I recommend the pork loin, all of the chicken, and the garlic beef.
I unfortunately, didn't get the full menu as I came for brunch.
The noise level was pretty quiet for the time of day that I came, although brunch is never very loud.
This was a truly disappointing dining experience. They did not provide several food items that were to be included in price. Server casually mentioned they were out & the kitchen is slow. The individuals that walked around with the meat were far superior in service & friendliness than our server. I would never dine here again. $$
If you sincerely enjoy meat, then this place is for you. What a varied tasting tour, served by skewer at your table. The salad bar was sufficiently spiced with many marinated olives, tomatoes, and other veggies to give the meal a well rounded feel. What a gem. I have paid more for one steak that was not half as tasty.
The lamb was a little dry. The creme brulee was disappointing---very cold and runny. Otherwise, the rest of the food and salad were excellent. Service was excellent as well.
I have been to a Rodizio around Cincinnati that has since been closed. Great experience there the food was great and thats what brought us back but to a different location. Lets start with the sides which ill be honest I was looking forward to the Cole slaw but was surprised at how awful it tasted bummer well mashed potatoes are normally good but not these runny soup potatoes I tried the Hawaiian salad and that was good. The MEAT!!!!! yes its incredible rite? Egh it taste good but its very tiring getting tiny slivers of meat it was almost a joke and you ask for more and get another tiny sliver(Give me a bigger sliver)I just don't understand I spent the entire night waiting on more meat to come around its laughable to think now. But My wife and I will not be back here wasn't worth $70 and parking.
Our server was great at accommodating my daughter with allergies. She was amazed at how fast the banana sides flowed out. Most of the cowboys were great, but when I stated I was waiting for sirloin I got a few bad looks from some. This was only a few of them, others were polite and moved on. I suspect the sirloin is in high demand and they are told to push cheaper cuts. While I tried most of the meats, the sirloin was what I wanted and since I only got a taste at a time, I found I was waiting often in between. There was a lot of pork and pineapple going around, along with chicken hearts. Worth a try but one is enough! Salad bar had a great selection. If you compare to other large Brazilian chains like fogo the food was nicely seasoned and not over salted.
Took 6 business colleagues to dinner at 2030hrs after making a reservation. Salad bar was sub par, old dried turkey, stale and not very palatable. Waited 20 mins for servers to start bringing the all you can eat meat. We were told we would have to leave at 2130. Having eaten at many Brazilian establishments offering this style of dining I was extremely disappointed. The meat was barely fit for a dog. As I type this my jaw is still aching from chewing all the fat, tough meat and tendons...
We had to stack and clear our own dirty plates on our table and take them to the dishwashing counter.
When we came to pay the waitress was rude, used profanity and treated us poorly.
Do Not Eat Here!! Find another Brazilian Restaurant like Fogo du Caio
Food was terrible. Over cooked or way undercooked. We like Medium Rare. Everything took forever. Bread was even terrible. Salad bar was disappointing. Don’t go.
Excellent as usual! Service is always amazing and the kids love it there!
Our experience at Rodigio Grill was a great surprise. We were celebrating the 21st birthday of one of our grandsons, and this place was perfect for the celebration. We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere, the quick attention to our wants, the good food and drinks, and the overall evening. It is a place we'll recommend to our friends and other family members.
My husband had wanted to try this restaurant for awhile so we were excited to finally be able to do so.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed. Our server forgot to put in our drink order. After that instead of being extra attentive she avoided us. The meat that they brought around was inconsistent. One cut we were offered constantly but another that we wanted only came around once. It was not what we hoped it would be and not worth the price. We were glad to have tried it but would not go back.
Great place for an evening out with friends. Will definitely be back for special occasions.
If you want all you can eat “meat”, go to Texas de Brazil. I’d go to Golden Corral before I returned here.
