   The experience wasn’t what we were expecting. The people who carry and distribute the meat did an amazing job at making sure you got exactly what you wanted, but the “waitress” was not attentive and regularly not around to flag down. Ordered dessert and waited 20 minutes for it to come out wrong, but was partially corrected. Had to give the manager our check to pay after waiting almost 20 minutes for her to come over and collect it. Of course upon reading the ticket it stated that they’re a tip share establishment so we had to take in account the great service we received along with the not great service we received. We’d go back but would definitely have a different waitress.

   Hostess and waitress were the same person. She was very nice and polite, but no folllow-through. Forgot one drink, another was wrong. After waiting about 10 minutes after asking for straws twice, walked to bar and got ourself. Servers were nice, but would say they would be back with a particular cut, but would forget. Early on, manager came by and offered to add lamb to the offerings, but we never saw any. When we asked about 50 minutes later, the server said they had some but that the skewer "got killed" before it made it to us. Still enjoyable meal. Quality of what we had was great. Salad bar /sides superior to other Brazilian steakhouse chains.

   Gauchos Cameron & Ethan went out of their way to take care of us. Our server, Damien, also did a good job despite having a lot of tables.

   This is our second time going and it was just as great as the first time. The food is delicious and plentiful and every single person we interacted with in there was friendly and helpful. One of our waiters, Ethan, was especially helpful and friendly and made us laugh. We will definitely be back.

   Had a great night as always!! Ethan was amazing and accommodating to my well done meat request! I always feel bad asking for well done since I’m probably the only weird customer eating well done meat lol, but he made me feel comfortable and not an inconvenience, which I really appreciate. He made sure I was able to get well done meats and always checked to make sure those meats made it to our table and that we were satisfied. Daryan and Enzo were super sweet and checked on us as well to make sure things were going great! Damien was our server and he was super nice and funny. He also made sure we were able to get the meat we wanted. Great experience as always, can’t wait to be back!

   The selection on the salad bar was excellent and several choices of meats. The staff was polite and anxious to help if anything was needed. The manager and head gaucho even introduced themselves to us at the table and asked if we needed anything. This has been our go to Brazilian steakhouse since they opened when it comes to value for the price. We were even able to get lunch pricing on Sunday. The only negative and this goes for several restaurants in Bricktown is that you have to pay $20 to park
