   Excellent customer service. Salad bar was great... both hot and cold dishes... quality of meats was excellent...

   Very disappointing experience overall. The service was quite slow. The meats were not coming in regularly and really with all the advertised items, we were only able to experience just 1 or 2 items overall and they were all dried. It took maybe about 35 to 45 minutes for the gaucho to show up, and it was always the same thing he offered previously. Overall it was not worth the price paid as you can pretty much stay with the salad bar. The last Brazilian Steak House we attended was Fago De Chao in Dallas. The service and the serving of the meats were more regular and with more variety. It is worth a try, but it would be a waist of money for the pricing and what is offered. At this time, I believe Texas De Brazil it still a better value.

   We've been here a few times and have always enjoyed it. The food is always really good. If I had one complaint in the past, it would be how slow the meat comes around, but this time they fixed it. They assigned a gaucho to a certain area and brought 2 skewers of meat at a time. This really sped things up and by having just one person serving you, we were able to tell him our favorite meats and we got them quickly and several times. Super great service and food!!!

   Anya and Cameron were amazing! Great service ! I came in Valentine’s Day and was pretty disappointed but I decided to give it another chance and I’m glad I did. Plan to come back with my dad for Father’s Day!

   The experience wasn’t what we were expecting. The people who carry and distribute the meat did an amazing job at making sure you got exactly what you wanted, but the “waitress” was not attentive and regularly not around to flag down. Ordered dessert and waited 20 minutes for it to come out wrong, but was partially corrected. Had to give the manager our check to pay after waiting almost 20 minutes for her to come over and collect it. Of course upon reading the ticket it stated that they’re a tip share establishment so we had to take in account the great service we received along with the not great service we received. We’d go back but would definitely have a different waitress.

   Hostess and waitress were the same person. She was very nice and polite, but no folllow-through. Forgot one drink, another was wrong. After waiting about 10 minutes after asking for straws twice, walked to bar and got ourself. Servers were nice, but would say they would be back with a particular cut, but would forget. Early on, manager came by and offered to add lamb to the offerings, but we never saw any. When we asked about 50 minutes later, the server said they had some but that the skewer "got killed" before it made it to us. Still enjoyable meal. Quality of what we had was great. Salad bar /sides superior to other Brazilian steakhouse chains.

   Gauchos Cameron & Ethan went out of their way to take care of us. Our server, Damien, also did a good job despite having a lot of tables.

    This is our second time going and it was just as great as the first time. The food is delicious and plentiful and every single person we interacted with in there was friendly and helpful. One of our waiters, Ethan, was especially helpful and friendly and made us laugh. We will definitely be back.
