   First visit and it did not disappoint. Excellent service in a lovely setting. Staff friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Efficient service from all staff with minimal waiting times. Food cooked to perfection and brilliant presentation. Catered well for food intolerance. Will definitely visit again and would highly recommend.

   The fish soup was spectacular. We chose the rib on the bone, unbelieveable. You need to try this restaurant. Lovely bar on top too.

   We had a very good evening. The staff were very attentive and it was no trouble to change our table when we wanted to move. The seafood platter was excellent but a little expensive.As was the wine. However, we would much prefer to pay a little more and receive quality as in this respect.

   Very pretty restaurant and lovely food but the service was incredibly slow, we waited an hour between our starters and main courses!

   Fantastic seaside location and views from the restaurant. Service was excellent, food was a high standard. Lovely oysters and fish soup, very small skatewing portion that was a bit underseasoned, Huss was an unusual and very interesting white fish option but its taste remains a mystery because the sauce, while nice, overwhelmed the fish. Rhubarb pudding was nice but could have been sharper for our taste. Overall, with a few small quibbles, a very nice experience worth repeating. It’s a bit expensive but that is true of most decent British restaurants.
