Our wait staff is here to satisfy. With three full service bars, specializing in frozen daiquiris, creative cocktails and craft beer, there is no excuse not to have fun. And if you are in the mood for a bite to eat, Rockhouse offers an amazing menu of American fare including wings, salads, desserts and the best burger in Las Vegas.
They were having a private party so they rushed us out.
Met up with a bunch of Saskatchewan Roughrider Fans to watch the West Final. It was a great gathering place except the volume level was way too high for the number of people in the space. The service was only so so.
Our waitress was awesome and the food was great. Plenty of TVs to watch the game.
Family in front out of town wanted to experience football Sunday’s in the strip, food was very good value for cost.
The food was excellent !! We had a breakfast on Saturday morning and the breakfast menu was really cheap and the nachos are absolutely amazing !!
Booked reservation prior, confirmed reservation day of. Arrived and Business was closed for private event. No notification of said event
I called the restaurant manager, Tammy, to confirm our reservation for 8 the day of as it was an important client meeting. When we arrived, we were informed that the restaurant was full and the only thing available was one small table at the bar with 4 small bar stools. When I asked to speak to the manager, it took 30 minutes for her to come out - they let us stand there without offering anything. Tammy offered no explanation whatsoever for the issue and simply told us they would not be able to accommodate us - no apology or anything. We stayed to try to have drinks and the service was absolutely awful so had to leave after another 30 minutes. Would not recommend this restaurant at all!
Stag Do lunch
The food was not good. The menu said thick Texas Toast for the French Toast, but ended up being regular white soggy bread. The server was awesome though.
Bridget was so great, she was super friendly and welcoming! The food was very good as well, my buffalo grilled chicken sandwich was very tender and delicious and our food came very quickly. Service was great thanks to Bridget!
Monica was awesome. The bar was adequate, the staff was amazing.
Bridgette was great, would only dine here if you want to grab a quick bite. Wings and burgers. Food took a while and girls next to me did not have a pleasant experience. Sat at the bar so service with Bridgette was good
Made reservation. When we showed up, the Mgr said they didn't have reservations. Asked what was Opentable and then said they did not use opentable. Pitiful.
I made a reservation on Open Table on the other side of Las Vegas from where I was staying. We trekked over there only to find that the restaurant was CLOSED due to a private party. No idea why OpenTable allowed a reservation to go through for a CLOSED restaurant or why the restaurant didn't advise OpenTable. Highly annoying waste of time.
Worst place we went while in Vegas this time. We go every year and try a few groupons to try new places.
Had booked a lunch meeting during trade show as close to hall. Tried to seat us at bar then the reserved table was a low lounge style seating...not possible to eat at. Might be good for a causal get together but not a business lunch. Overall it was quiet but service was very slow.
Rockhouse accepted our reservation even though they were closed for a private party. That left our group of 8 scrambling for a table at a busy dining time. When I asked them about it, they were unapologetic. I wouldn't go back there.
1:15min to get served after waiting 30 minutes to just get someone to acknowledge we were there. Seems like they were surprised that it might be busy at lunch hour when there's a huge conference in the same Casino. Shocking.
Had a reservation and was denied access with no other option. You shouldn’t allow reservations when the restaurant Isn’t available!
They declined our Open table reservation and I had 12 clients with no where to eat. They were
Hosting a private party and open table apparently wasn't notified . Not happy at all .
Bridget our bartender was awesome. That was the high point. Dirty. Weird. Food was mediocre and that’s being kind.
Awful experience! Hostess was hostile and not accommodating. We had a reservation 8 and they tried to kick us out due to another event they had double booked. Horrible food
Had a lunch at 12:15pm for a seating of 3. There was no napkins, salt, and pepper. There was also no water served, only the sodas that we ordered. Didn't see too much of the waiters, waitress in time of need. The staff looked very unorganized. Seen some orders going to the other tables. Fries was also served cold!
Great chance to duck the casinos and have some bar food.
Worst restaurant experience in recent memory. Service was not bad it was non-existent from the minute we walked in the door. Food was cold. Order was wrong, some items never arrived and nobody seemed to care.. The best part of the entire experience was booking the reservation on Open Table, after that it was all down hill. Avoid at all costs.
Rockhouse was one of the only restaurants available for a last-minute dinner booking during CES, but they clearly weren't ready for the traffic. The maitre d was surprised that I had a dinner booking and took me to a table, but my colleague and I waited a long time for service. The waitstaff was swamped, so we flagged down a maitre d to take our order after 45 minutes. They brought our drinks out soon after, but we waited another 30 minutes for our food before another waitress came by to check if our food ever came (no).
Once the second waitress found us, everything went fine, but in all, it took 90 minutes before got our food.
The burgers were thin and overcooked (we asked for medium).
The restaurant was extremely disorganized. The service was extremely slow. The chairs were falling apart. And on the first night of CES they were out of wings, onion rings, Guinness, Lagunitas and a couple others drafts. At 7:30pm. This was literally the worst dining experience I’ve ever had in Las Vegas, and that includes the buffets back in the ‘80’s.
Not a place for vegetarians. Also, super greasy food. Very disorganized. We had reservations but no one to check us in and no available tables. One server tried to accommodate and did her best for what the situation wad.
Arrived for Lunch and it took 45 minutes to get a burger......I was alone and the place was not busy.
It was just “okay”. Menu has been paired down a lot from what is posted online.
unsure why they accepted my reservation as when we got there, they were closed for a private party. the guy at the door could have cared less.
Excellent service. Lousy ambience. Good for a beer and a game.
