Our service was not great. Our server seemed annoyed from the get go. She did not return to our table to check on us after our food was delivered and we had no utensils, empty water glasses and missing food items (which we never got). We watched her visit certain tables 3-4 times and she wouldn’t even glance over in our direction. I had to flag down a person who was bussing tables to ask for assistance after waiting for almost 10 minutes. Highly disappointed, would not return which is a bummer cause we were looking forward to trying it and the overall aesthetic is pretty cool. We were not loud, rude, belligerent or drunk in any way so I’m not sure why we got such poor service. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy, maybe 4-5 other tables total.

The hostesses acted like they could care less. I watch one who was sitting a family completely walk away from them because they had to stop in order for a tray of food to go by - she never even noticed. Our appetizer came out with our meal. I made reservations but for some reason we were sat in the bar. The bartender was the only one taking care of everyone. It was very loud. The saving grace was the food was good.

We had such an awesome experience here before Kenny Chesney concert at the Sphere. We had 3 reservations of 10 people at each table, so a huge group. Our server gal (Michelle A) was amazing! Quick drink orders. Food came out so fast and was delicious. I’m not sure how she was keeping up with 30 people but she rocked it! Highly recommend Rockhouse in general but it is a perfect pre-game spot for Sphere concerts. We could walk around and chat with our friends at the other tables. Super chill and laid back!!

Dining at Rock House was really subpar.Even though I had a reservation,I was seated at a table,almost outside the restaurant.This was because they had a special event going on.There was no mention of this when I made the reservation a week prior.There was one server who tried his best.But,it was an effort to get water.There were some people who walked out because nobody came to take their order.Since they had limited seating,people were moved to the Oak Room restaurant next door,which had a more expensive menu.Might be last time going there to eat.

Sat down and waited for over 13 min and still no one acknowledged my presence. When I went to the bar to get a drink; they wouldn’t serve me because I had a ‘waitress’ who was non existent. Horrible policy and experience.

Refused to make frozen drink. Premade Daiquiris undrinkable so sweet. Serving smaller size drinks than stated on menu. Needed to argue with them to get proper size. New server clueless. No manager ever interacted with. Got the heck out of there. Place was dead on Saturday night. Didn’t order more food as app was marginal. No wonder
