Fun place to bring visiting friends from out of town. The food is not unique but the location makes up for it. Service is friendly and fun.
Great restaurant - first trip to New York and so happy to find this place! Only comment, the food portions were a little small but yummy so I wanted more!
Had a wonderful Fathers Day brunch with my husband. Service was great, food delicious and great location. We ate outside by the waterfall and really enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend!
The food was great. The service was awesome. Great view when sitting outside. Great place to have breakfast or brunch. Servers are very accommodating. Would recommend.
We loved the outdoor seating in the summer. Sitting outside next to the fountain was great.
Always a lovely place to spend a lunch hour outdoors without breaking the bank. It’s a fair mix of suits and tourists. Wine is reasonably priced and the menu is smart, with something for everyone. Service is quite accommodating. Don’t go for the food — it’s passable — go for the weather, a bottle of rose, and Prometheus.
I often take my friends there if they coming visit NYC. The service and location are very good. Unfortunately, the food is deteriorating.
Great outdoor ambiance...good food, music and drinks.
I ordered the Chicken Milanese was good wish it was hotter. guacamole was delish. Drinks were okay could have been better. overall an 7 1/2 out of Ten.
The hosts were to busy talking.....and the waiter was very condescending and rude! I have been here on numerous occasions and never this disappointed. The feel was as if it was under new management
Great place for brunch. They had a jazz band playing and the waterfalls going so it was a really nice setting.
The food was great and so were the drinks.
It was nice to sit and have a view of Rockefeller Center. We had the choice of dining inside or out. We chose inside because of the weather. Service was wonderful. Our server offer great choices for not only food but cocktails as well. We came here right after a show. Short walk from the Longacre Theatre
Nothing special. We got the food we paid for
The service was awesome. Our waiter was absolutely fantastic. The food was mediocre but we were there mostly for the atmosphere.
The hostess did not submit our reservation to OpenTable after we honored the reservation. This seems to be an ongoing issue and is frustrating.
Food is good, the best thing about it is it’s location, right at the heart of the Rockefeller Center
Restaurant was empty. Only a handful of tables were occupied. We had a table for 2 by the windows. A large party came in and was seated right next to us at a round table almost on top of us. Thinking they had a reservation. If that were the case, why were we seated where we were and not at one of the other empty tables for 2 near the windows?
The service here is always excellent. I never feel rushed. The restaurant is lively but not noisy. It’s a lovely place to savor a good meal and escape the bustle of Midtown’s streets just above you.
Great vegan food option in Midtown at Rockefeller.
Excellent service and attention. The food was well prepared and tasty!!
We had a business lunch where one of our diners got delayed. The wait staff was very patient yet attentive. The delay caused us to have a short turn from order to check. Again, no problem. Instantly our food arrived, and we had plenty of time to enjoy it.
Place is good, well located and convenient!
Easy to get a table.
Might be a little too overpriced to the food/service you get though
Waitress was courteous but extremely busy. Guacamole was not good at all. It tasted rancid. Manager handled very quickly and was very amicable about the process.
Ambience and location is excellent. Food is fine but not extraordinary. Service would be perfect if only the servers or the manager on site would not hover around excessively - it made us feel rushed to finish our meal and get out. It was raining during our visit and the restaurant is almost empty. We wanted to relax and finish our discussion but felt that we need to leave immediately. I would recommend this place only for the location and nice ambience.
Food and service was wonderful. The menu choices were limited and I thought it was very expensive.
Very disappointed with their service. Group of us dined there for my colleague’s Farewell lunch, because Del Friscos Grille was not available. It was a beautiful day so decided to seat outside. Their service was very slow as our waiter took 45 minuets to take our orders. I have been there few times in the past after work, but I have never experienced anything like this. Food was good but I will definitely avoid dine there for business lunch.
Foolishly thought this would be a nice place for Mother’s Day brunch. Nice setting
Bad food. Cold eggs, cold pancakes, mediocre coffee. It took 3tries to get a simple pancake order correct. How hard is it to get a fork.? And to charge for toast when ordering $20 scrambled eggs is absurd!
Process from seating to order to service took a half hour too long.
It was so nice being able to sit outside!
We sat outside, food and drinks were way too pricey for the poor quality and service was bad. Had to wait 30+ min for out check.
We waited 2 hours to receive our food after ordering. It was not busy, come to find out when we asked our waiter what was taking so long, he then went and checked and turns out he never even put our order in.
Server was great; reception lady was terrible
We had a party of six for 9:30am Sunday to cap off our weekend in NYC right before we were headed to our NBC Studio Tour. The food wasn't special. My eggs benedict were really good--the hollandaise was lemony and creamy but the other breakfast entrees that my table had were just ok. Not bad but just ok. Unfortunately, the service lacked luster. We couldn't find our server when we needed her. We needed some condiments and it seemed that all of the servers and wait staff were avoiding any eye contact. The view was special as our table looked out onto the area where the ice skating rink is located.
Love this place!
I took my ten year old daughter and her friends here for lunch after an issue with AG cafe reservation. The girls loved it as did I. Great location.
Love the Rock - I bring my mom here every time she visits NYC!
Always enjoy dining at this somewhat casual restaurant. It definitely is good for the Rockefeller Center area and Radio City Music Hall. We dined on a Thursday night and it was fairly quiet but the bar was very busy. Food was delicious and our service excellent. Always come back when I am in midtown.
Great service and food. The view over the rink is nice when skating is in session.
The restaurant is dark and dated and would probably deter you from staying at first glance. So there is work to do regarding the decor! But the food and service was outstanding making up for everything!
I met my niece, who was visiting from Oregon, for lunch. We had a table by the window so that she could watch the ice skaters. She had the penne villa with shrimp and I had the chicken Caesar. We both enjoyed our meals.
The waiter was very cordial and inquired about our meals. It was a very enjoyable time.
