Rock Bottom Brewery Restaurant - Orland Park Ratings and Reviews
The pretzel crusted chicken was not good at all & was very salty (breaded chicken with a thick cheese sauce & little broken pretzels thrown on top), The low-cal chicken/veg was good, the artichoke/crab dip was served burnt (we usually like this), the shrimp appetizer was over cooked (hard). Tonight was a total miss on the food ~ we did not complain because the service was good.
Ambiance was great. Good place for those in our party who like craft beers as they will give you a sample before you order. Food was less than adequate tasting, very little steak in fajitas, pretzel crusted chicken was thin breaded chicken with broken pretzels thrown on top, but one meal, just a steak was good. Will not go back!
My husband and I were very pleased with service. We had a really sweet and attentive waitress. We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I don't think the waitress knew but she gave great service. The food was awesome as well. It was our first time visiting and we will definitely come back with our children. The jalapeño pretzel breadsticks were yummy. Not too hot but flavorful with the dip.
Had a great evening. It was my first time there. My brother is a marine and was home over Labor Day weekend. He loved the food and so did my friends and I. There was great food options. I got the pretzel crusted chicken, I loved it. The server was very attentive and was able to make all the substitutions to our meals. I forgot his name. I'll definitely be back with my boyfriend. Keep up the great work. I'm glad I made a reservation since it was busy. Great atmosphere there. I live about 30 minutes away but the drive was well worth it. I'll be back soon.
We waited for approximately fifteen minutes to place our order, because our server had to ask the manager about our coupon for my birthday. We waited for our entrees for 36 minutes. Spoke with the manager, when he helped deliver our meal. He said I bet you waited a long time for this to arrive. I mentioned that we ordered two tacos and chicken fajitas, not exactly something that requires more than a half an hour to prepare. Not enough staff on hand to accommodate even half of the number of people waiting to eat. I will not be returning.
Dinner service was extremely slow bringing out dinner for a part of two on a Saturday night that wasn't busy. It took over 40 minutes to get my food before a manager even noticed our food wasn't out. Overall not a good first experience here. I drove hour and half away expecting it to be better. I can say I won't be back here.
Came for Easter dinner and had a great time. It was such a nice day we decided to sit outside and had just a perfect time. Our waiter could not have been more attentive even though we were the only ones eating outsiude. He made great recommendations, offered lots of info on the beers and good and did a,spectacular job. I can't recall his name but He had dark hair, a goatee and my mother in law said he looked like Johnny Depp (he didn't). He was great!!!
Went there for my daughter's 28th Birthday....Mac & Cheese w/bacon was outstanding. Burgers were good but small. Southwest salad was good and filling. Guac was good, I've had better. Fish and Chips was ok, small. Jumbalaya was ok, I've had better.... Wine is average; Beers a plenty - you should have no trouble choosing something you like. Atmosphere was busy, but friendly. Service was very good.
