Honestly, my quesadilla sucked. Do not order the appetizer quesadilla. It will disappoint you.
Great food for a great price! Our server was great and very knowledgeable on the beer selection.
The food was pretty good and fairly priced but our waitress was horrible. She spoke to one of my friends like she was an idiot when she was trying to order food. She brought out one of our appetizer orders but then didn’t bring the other one out until she was also bringing the entrées. She never once checked on us after we did get our food. We were a party of 7 so I know big parties can be annoying to servers but we were very polite and respectful to her. When it came time for the checks she brought them and insta did handing them out just sat them on the table in front of one of my friends. If the restaurant would have been packed w would have understood more but they were not busy at all and I think she had maybe 2 others tables or 2-4 people. She was just overall rude. I had been there before and had great service but the rest of the party had never been there and unfortunately they may not return because of how bad their first experience was.
The food and drinks were all amazing. Everyone in our group was so pleased with their choices. The waitress was extremely helpful with recommendations.
Service was great but the food was just OK. Ordered a burger and fries - fries were not hot. Have eaten here in the past and food was not up to par - maybe it was just an off night.
The food was mediocre. The pretzel chicken was not spectacular.
Service was poor. It was not busy and getting simple refill on tea was impossible. The waiter seemed to be more interested in talking with off work employees instead of waiting on his 2 tables.
We arrived and were informed it was open seating so the reservation did not matter. We sat down and waited about 10 minutes and no one approached us. We got up and got our own menus and again waited. We made eye contact with numerous servers who were just standing around talking to each other. We even heard the bar tender alert the group about our table and still nothing. Finally we were approached by a server who had been in kitchen. He finally gave us drink menus so it was closer to 30 minutes after we arrived that we even were able to order our drinks. Our server was fantastic, but this initial impression of the place was difficult to overlook. And then I was notified that i had “no showed” the reservation because the hostess told me a reservation was not needed. Would not recommend simply because of this clear lack of customer service and attentiveness.
They were very accommodating, the food was reasonably priced & tasted great.
The place itself is decent and clean, but the food could use some upgrades. Everything just tasted cheap and out of a bag. The waitress was very nice and attentive. But when we switched to the bar area to watch the football game the waiter set down menus and never came back. I had to track him down to order and a few people in my party just ordered from the bartender instead of waiting. Wanted to love this place but wasn’t impressed.
Appetizer was overcooked/ my salad had mostly white core. the manager took salad charge off our bill after I showed thm.
Everything was great except fried pickles were cold. Great service, good table, chicken tostados were delicious.
We went on new year's eve! Great spot and accepted our early reservation.
Our first experience was not good at all. They were out of most items listed on the menu, server was extremely slow, and they up charged us for supplementing items they ran out of. Will not go back.
They were very busy upon arrival, to be expected this time of year and given the Titans game downtown the same evening. However, the check-in process to let them know you arrived for your reservation was very chaotic. We had to remind them several times that we were there and waiting. Ended up only waiting about 10-15 after our reservation time, but the organization of it all was poor. Food mostly average, slightly overpriced. Service was okay. Would probably go again because of convenience of it being on Broadway and other places booked up.
Poor service. Food was average. Limited beer selection. No American beer. Waitress could not answer questions about the beer served. Probably won’t go back. Will not suggest it to anyone else.Sorry open table you always do a Great job on your restaurants selections but this one is probably not for me. Thanks
The wait time once seated was an hour on the food. The food was cold, the fried chicken strips were dry and cold and the steak was so tough I couldn’t eat it. The waitress was apologetic and adjusted our bill.
Brought our 9 yr old grands to experience something a “little grown up.” It was the day of the Music City Bowl. Rode train from Lebanon to Rivetfront, had early dinner, ate at roof top, and went to a souvenir shop before catching train back. (We are born/bred Nashvillians) Kids lived the whole deal. Most fascinating thing to them was how close the birds are from the rooftop! 😂 You never know what excites a child. We worried that being a Fri and a bowl game that it might be an inappropriate setting but there were lots of families and everyone was in good spirits-even the Perdue folks 😀
They were great and catered to our Keto diet needs.
Food was great -perfect place to eat before a Titans game.
When we got there we waited 15 minutes before someone even noticed that we were sitting at a table after being shown to the table then we ordered an appetizer the appetizer came no silverware to eat the appetizer or the food we have to ask for the food 4 * because it was incorrect four times and then we end up ordering something completely different because they couldn't get the steak correct then we were offered a free dessert and got charged for it but by then I was just so ready to go that I just paid and left
Jenna was SO fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, informative, and funny. And the beer was AWESOME!!
Our table was ready as soon as we walked in. The food service and drinks were great.
Server gave just the right amount of attention.
Awesome service, food was great and really good beer.
We love Rock Bottom - the food and the service are great. But recently they made a major change to the menu and all of our favorites went away. So disappointing. We loved the stuffed chile relleno - I ordered the street tacos - the stuffing mixture was so wet that when I tried to pick it up and eat it like a taco, the tortilla split. Don't mess with perfection..... bring back the good stuff
It was a great night. We were on our way to the predators game… And this is a perfect place to eat.
Location is perfect if you want to park once and enjoy downtown attractions. Atmosphere is good...bar/restaurant mix. Service is good and menu offers variety. Beer is cold. Food is average...most items tasted like frozen entrees but not bad. Nashville has so many extraordinary eats that it’s hard to compete. But, there are limited non-touristy options for easy downtown walking access. Rock Bottom is an easy go-to.
My favorite steak with the Bourbon glaze and awesome people watching. The staff was really helpful with beer selection.
The service was very slow as was the food prep time. However, it appeared there was a private function in a blocked off area. I’m assuming this may be why the service and food prep time was not up to par. The food was decent - average, but not bad.
We are very seasoned diners and have reasonable expectations.
We possibly will try again on our next visit to Nashville.
seated at 530 on a monday and restaurant not busy. ordered drink and 35 minutes later it was brought to table. food was slow to come out also. not sure why service was slow tonight since a lot of the restaurant was closed for remodeling???
Service was slow, only had two people order food and it took forever. The chicken nachos were cold, and tasted like the kind you would make at home with shredded cheese in the microwave. Had a friend order the tacos and they didn't like their meal either. We asked for the check before our food arrived. The server asked if we wanted another drink, and we said no. My check had a charge for 2 drinks even though we said no to another drink. The second drink arrived a few seconds later. Overall, not impressed and will not be going back.
I went with a group of 5 and the service was very slow. It took 1.5 hours for just our appetizers to come out. Then when they brought our dinner entrees out, they brought out one persons dinner entree 15 minutes before everyone else’s so her food was cold by the time everyone else got their food. It took us forever to flag down the waiter to tell him we needed water(because he never brought us any), extra silverware(because they didn’t give us enough), and refills on our drinks. The food was only subpar and it was overpriced for what you got.
It was a fun place to eat with a great atmosphere. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😘😘😘
Service and food were so-so, martini's were not served in martini's glasses and terrible to boot. Restaurant appeared to be under construction. Would not recommend this location.
Stopped in for lunch on Saturday. Our server (Chad) was great, but the food was mediocre. I had the enchiladas with a side of fruit and a side of onion rings. The enchiladas were really bland and flavorless. The onion rings were good, they were the highlight of the meal. The fruit had definitely been cut up a long time ago and all the different fruits tasted the same from sitting together for a long time. We have eaten at lots of RBs around the country, I’m not sure if they have all gone downhill or just this one, but the food at this one wasn’t good.
We had a great time. The food was really good and the beer was top notch.
Kitchen was slower than usual but they were swamped. Fish and Chips were great.
