Nachos were probably one of the best I've ever had. Just right on all the ingredients.
Always a good experience dinning in here. My friends drove 5 hours to spend the evening with me and I recommended rock bottom. We spent time laughing eating apps and drinking cocktails. Although it was busy you managed to get us in even earlier than our reservation time. And our food/drink was never longer then 10 minutes. Another one for the books. Until next time keep doin what ya guys do! Because you're defiently doing it right.
Things were quite good, although the servers should be trained to automatically remove dirty glasses, silverware and plates from the table each time they pass by their tables.
Food was excellent, as always, but we had a new server and she made several mistakes.
We are regulars at Rock Bottom. The beer is terrific and we love the staff. All are super friendly and great at their jobs. This was my first time trying the Chicken Fried Chicken. Wow, what a tasty, comfort food dish! It's a good sized serving so you could probably take some home with you. My husband decided to eat his burger and then took over my plate. It was that good.
I have been coming to Rock Bottom for 7 years and I was so shocked at the service I received. I give my daughter a birthday party there every year for the last 5 years. I spend over 200 each year for these birthday parties and this time was terrible. The service was terrible. The waitress was not professional at all. I had to ask for some tea 5 times and then she never come back to table to see if we needed anything, she was just terrible. She would not take the time to see what we actually wanted, shoot it took 20 minutes after we sat down for her to come to tablea to give us water. I'm planning a Graduation party for my daughter for June 7th but now I'm not sure if I want to have it at Rock Bottom. I will be spending over 800 dollars and I want A class service.
Food was great. Our daughter loved the Mac and cheese. Service was also very good.
Great place to watch the super bowl
Pretty decent meal and good service-especially since it was the weekend of the superbowl. It helped that I made reservations.
Service was a little slow, but it is super bowl week - so you have to give a little slack. Good welcoming atmosphere
Trip downtown for Super Bowl activities on Nicollet. This was a great location for dinner. Had reservations. No wait and great service. Enjoyed local craft beers and nachos and tacos.
Good food, good service and excellent location. If you're downtown for an event you could do a lot worse for yourself if you're also looking for a fun dining experience.
It took over an hour to get our food, was cold when arrived and missing our fries and dressing. They said it was slow due to kitchen back up. Very frustrating...
We had 12:00 reservations before our tickets to a 2:00 show. We waited for well over an hour and never got our food. Our waiter only stopped by our table once in that time to fill waters, but didn’t mention anything about the wait. We had to search him out two additional times to check on the progress. Ended up leaving so we could grab something quickly at the coffee shop to eat before the show started. This was our first experience at Rock Bottom and we were incredibly disappointed. We won’t be returning.
My previous experience was less than stellar, but decided to try again. Glad I did. Food was good. Our server, Mike, did an awesome job. Very attentive, professional but not intrusive. Yup, all was good!
Met friends before a Timberwolves game. We had very good service and the food was good. We were able to carry on a good conversation.
Great beer, good food, fun atmosphere. Their Mac and Cheese is comfort food extraordinaire !
Food was pretty good. Service was poor. The waiter was very involved with pleasing a table of women and forgot to even put our appetizer order in. He ended up comping it and bringing it out after the entrees, but it was still frustrating. A large piece of what looked like onion was stuck to the inside of my water glass and my wife’s glass of wine had a fruit fly in it. We’ve been here numerous times and usually don’t have an issue. The experience wasn’t bad enough that we’d never come back but we might try out another restaurant as a pre-Orpheum dinner destination.
Food and service were excellent tho it was a bit chilly as we were seated directly next to the window [post-matinee dinner]
