Great beer and chicken fingers on happy hour! Bar service was very good, first time here at this store. We also had burgers. Good also
Great food. Great drinks. Waitress really slow and forgetful. By the time we got each item we asked for, we were halfway through our appetizer, then our entree.
We go here once a week for date night. They were trying to get ready to close so the sweeper was loud and annoying.
Great place, love the food and the ambiance. Love eating here
We went to celebrate Father's Day, because someone had said that fathers ate free for that day. When we got there, we found out that you had to have a special e-mail AFTER signing up for rewards card that the restaurant gave you. So, our bill was far more than we expected to spend! The food took a very long time to be served (about 1/2 hour more) and was lukewarm. We did not send it back because we did not want to have to wait any longer. The server seemed to have too many tables, as she was infrequently at our table. NO ONE else checked on our table, either (manager). The worse was that we were not given a rewards card after the dinner, even after specifically requesting one. We had always enjoyed the happy hour at Rock Bottom bar. Other than at that time, we will not be going back to the restaurant for a meal.
Waiter was pleasant and attentive.
Friday’s and Saturday’s are busy nights for dinner in C-Sprigs. Using Open Table to reserve a table is a must....very easy to use. Food was great and the variety of local beers were awesome.
The burgers were excellent. Large portions. Spacious tables.
Interior decoration is quite good as appears new with lots of stained wood and comfortable seating. Bar area has ample TV's. Mixed results on food quality though, and somewhat expensive. 2 AM burger was very good, macaroni and cheese was better than average, but southwest chicken salad was disappointing.
Not the best place for steak. Ordered ribeye medium and came out well done each time and still didn't comp it off ticket. Drinks were delicious though.
Our waitress was very attentive but also let us enjoy our meal without much interruption. Wish I could remember her name as she deserves praise! Food was delicious and we enjoyed our time there.
The service was great. My only criticism, is that we booked for a graduation party and I advised the graduate was Vegan, and requested options be available for her. There were no accommodations granted, and there was only one menu option. There was no attempt to present vegan alternatives to any dish. Now I would not typically expect special accommodation, but booked a party of ten, contingent upon this request. I was advised that there would be accommodations, but none was provided. The server was great, the non-vegan food was fine, and the atmosphere was nice. However, the inability to veganize at least a couple of dishes was very disappointing.
Love going to Rock Bottom. I have had numerous meals here as well as a large graduation party for my daughter. Everytime the staff was great and took great care of me.
Lately, the food has been taking longer and longer to get to us. It took about an hour for our meal to arrive, so we were there for 2 hours. While we love our friends, that was ... kinda long for a dinner. Hmm ...
We're spoiled! Thanks for being an incredible restaurant! While this past visit was not our best experience at Rock Bottom, we will absolutely go back. Our pretzel chicken was not as crispy as we'd come to expect (the cheese sauce was a little watery, which affected the crispy outside), the pretzel chicken was a little burnt, and drinks were not as forthcoming as usual. As we discussed this at the table and with our server, we realized what high expectations we've come to have of Rock Bottom! We'd like you to continue to be perfect!
Good dinner. Service was good. Burger ordered medium but came out VERY pink. It wasn't actively bleeding so I ate it anyway. Would have liked it a little warmer.
Made an online reservation for a Friday evening and were seated within a couple of minutes of arriving. Celebrating my wife's 60tieth B-Day in a casual manner per her request. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and our server (Sarah) was once again excellent; very busy, but we never were without her attention.
Amazing! Best food in town and good for a great price
Rock Bottom is a great place to eat, but what really makes this place special is the staff. We get great service, great servers, and our friends get treated well, too! This time, my husband (again) left our take home box on the table and our server ran after us to get it to him. (On an earlier visit, the greeter chased us into the parking lot because he forgot his wallet on the table.) We love eating at Rock Bottom! Thank you for taking such good care of us and going over and above, especially when we're forgetful!
Dinner out with the family. We got seated in a booth earlier than our reservation. Waitstaff was friendly, food came out in good time.
Great as usual. Exceptional service. Get together with friends evert weekend for dinner.
From the moment we sat down for dinner the waiter kept Noticeably rushing us to order to eat and to pay the bill. 8 interrupted our visit with our friends numerous times and I finally told him to stop rushing us. He then said he had no choice they needed to seat another group. We were there for less than an hour. I would not go here for dinner again.
Our server, Sarah, provided excellent service and the quantity of food for the price was reasonable. Enjoy taste testing the new beers as well.
We had the jambala and fish tacos. Fish tacos were mediocre- they were in a double shell- of blue corn and flour tortilla- which was really overkill in my opinion. Salads were adequate but could have had better greens- mostly iceberg lettuce.
Beer is good and atmosphere is quite good. Service was top notch- the waitress did take care of us very well.
Restaurant is similar to many chain restaurants- good food but definitely not outstanding. Sure I would eat there again but there are many other choices as well.
Great food, wonderful server and delicious beer. Was a success for our date night/celebration!
Our waitress was very friendly and relatively attentive. She did forget the malt and vinegar for my fish and chips. Then at the end of the night, she brought a dessert to go, but only for two of the four, which seemed weird and was a very awkward for the group. How to divide that since one couple was going one way and the other was going the another.
It was a fun time overall.
My husband was on the Whole 30 body cleanse, and was very restricted as to what he could eat. Server was attentive to his special requests.
Food was ok. Nothing special. Beer was ok as well. Nothing I couldn't get at my neighborhood brewery. The mac n cheese had very little cheese and it was more of a cheese sauce than anything. Waiter was a little too convenient and stopped by too many times and seemed in a very big hurry when the restaurant wasn't that busy.
Service was friendly and food came out super quick. I had the chicken tacos off the lighter menu, which were fabulous! My husband had the fish and chips which he said were average, but bland and not exciting. I wish their nutritional menu was more up to date online though. Otherwise, we enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was good. We plan to come back sometime.
We have frequented this restaurant quite a number of times since moving to Colorado Springs as it is a casual, friendly place to eat. Our only complaint is the young girls they have at the front check-in either do not know what they are doing or simply don't care? As an example, on our last visit, we had an online reservation for 6 pm for 2 people during a weekday. We arrived at a few minutes to 6 and were told that our table was being cleaned. We waited for 10 to 15 minutes and then were seated at a booth which had been clean and available from the time we arrived?...doesn't make any sense and the result will be irritated customers who will not return. The Manager(s) should educate the front entry staff or their business will eventually suffer; that would be very unfortunate as it is otherwise an enjoyable place to eat and grab a craft beer.
Other than that issue, the food was good and reasonably priced. Our server (Barbara) was excellent and the main reason we enjoyed the evening.....can't say enough good things about her.
My husband and I discovered Rock Bottom about three years ago. Our first option was a bust, so we went to Rock Bottom. We have been back for every special occasion since. The food is always good. The beer is amazing. (I'm not much of a beer fan, but I will drink just about anything they make.)
I was a little sad this last time we went, to find that they no longer have their Titan Toothpicks on their menu. They were amazing and part of the reason I chose to go there, but even without those, it's worth it. We paid about $80, including tip, for an appetizer, two large burgers, a beer sampler, a kids meal, and a giant fudge brownie with ice cream.
We felt the cost of our meal was more than expected, since my husband had water to drink. I did have a gin & tonic, but we couldn’t get the happy hour discount because we weren’t sitting in the right location of the restaurant. I feel we seemed to spend a lot for an ok meal. No appetizers, no steaks, no desserts & one person having water. We felt it was overpriced
The service was just down right terrible. We had to ask the host to fill our drink. Left the beer menu but never came back to take my order for said beer. Didn’t bring extra plates with appetizer (again had to ask host). Ordered a medium rare steak, however my food pretty much had a pulse. To top it all off, our server shorted us change purposely.
Just a terrible experience.
Although the brews are the headliners, the food is consistently excellent and varied. Broad menu, interesting features that change regularly. Never blah or bland.
This is my favorite restaurant in all of Colorado springs. Food is amazing !!! I also love their dark beer !!
Matt is awesome! See him at the bar!! I don’t know if Caleb is still there but if so his is awesome too!
Greeted by a very pleasant hostess on a busy Saturday night. Arrived on time. Waited for 20 minutes before being seated. Brian was an awesome server! Very attentive and personable. Had the house porter, very tasty, and my better half had a glass of Kendall Jackson Chardonnay, great. They also brout out a sample of their brown ale--smooth taste. We both had burgers, and they were cooked perfectly! I had the 2am Burger--hash browns, bacon, and an egg on the burger with mashed potatoes--yum! My wife had the classic burger with fries--very good, fries were a killer! Finished the meal with a NY cheesecake--very good. Overall, great experience, highly recommend!
My food was undercooked, the table was dirty and wet when we sat down. The waitress was nice. This was a birthday celebration and we where all disappointed.
Good service, great beer and decent atmosphere. A bit noisy due to Sunday night football, but not unbearable. Good selection of burgers and entrees... not much in the way of soup or " cold weather comfort foods". Kid friendly, helpful staff. Close to shopping and the theatre. Would definetly go back.
Great service and excellent food. Will definitely be recommending and going back here.
