Rock Bottom Brewery Restaurant - Centerra Promenade Ratings and Reviews
Easy meeting place for family members who live regionally. Food was tasty. Dessert was free for the birthday guest, which was unexpected and very nice. No one filled our waters despite our request and lingering conversation, but service was positive otherwise.
Food was good, and our server let us taste a few extra beers, which was fun. It was noisy, though, and my complaint is not really related to Rock Bottom, but more to the parents who insist on taking their loud and unmanageable children out in public. Seriously, people.
I would give zero stars if that was an option. I’m a regular and I give this establishment a lot of business. I made reservations the day before. We were seated but we never received ANY service. I tried to get a server’s attention to no avail. When I tracked down the manager, he blew me off as well.
We had an early week-night dinner and it was great! The restaurant was not crowded which made having a conversation very pleasant. I had chicken tacos and my husband had the Margarita Pizza. Both were delicious. Service was very good until a large group arrived and our waiter was pretty busy. It just took awhile for desert to arrive and to get our check. But we will go back!
4 for Lunch at 11:30am. Reservation worked great but was not needed. 1 person ordered the Enchiladas and didn't like them-said they were cold. Another person had the Grilled Chicken Sandwich with Bacon. The bacon was raw. Waiter said he would get new bacon-never came back with the bacon or to check on how the meal was. He seemed a little scattered/forgetful. I asked for water, had to remind him. Just not pro-active.
Great beer, good food
Service was great, the food was excellent and the menu had a good variety of options. We enjoyed this place so much we went there twice during a 4 day stay in the area. Would recommend to anyone just passing through or for a regular watering hole if you live in the area.
The food was pretty good, although my order was half incorrect. My husbands plate was served perfectly though! Our waitress was patient and friendly, despite the fact that it was very packed and busy. Overall, we had a great date night out, and were very pleased at Rock Bottom.
The service was amazing!!!! My waitress was outstanding, and the manager even stopped by to check on us. The food was not good at all. My chicken tenders were hard and my husbands food was not hot and tasteless (he is not hard to please when it comes to good). I've been to Rockbottom in Charlotte, NC and the food there is a lot better. I'd give them another try, maybe they just had an off night.
I love Rock Bottom,,, the booths are quite comfortable and the noise level is not TOO high. It could be quieter for me but that is because I am old and hard of hearing. The food is good, fresh and always a good value. It is one of my favorite casual restaurants in the area.
For a chain restaurant, Rock Bottom is pretty decent. Hand crafted in store beer is awesome and really what keeps us coming back. Menu has a variety of items, sandwiches run around $10, steaks/entrees $20+. I think they have a decent happy hour, but we missed it, or actually there wasn't one on Saturday which is pretty standard no matter where you go. Ambiance is dark inside, however they have a great patio if you can get seating on it.
Big but well-run operation. Noise level slightly high on a Friday night, but that goes with the territory. Food is quite good, even for a vegetarian -- the burger was quite fine, but I miss the veggie tacos. Beer is ho-hum, better than Bud but not up to the standards of most Colorado microbrews. But you really don't come here for the beer.
The food was to die for!!!, the drinks were good, and although it was busy it didn't seem to loud. I think the server was new so there was a little mix up with our bill and the other couple my partner and I went to dinner with but it was fixed in a jiff! They are wonderful and make their own sauces. They have local sources for all the food for their dishes to give everything you order a wonderful true local flavor. Again, the food was To Die For!! Great place for a date with friends or just a great meal for you and you partner.
We had made online reservations for 12 people. They gave us two tables next to each other. We had to turn around to talk to each other. It was like we were two individual parties. We asked for a different set up. We were told that call in reservations trumped online reservations. Our server was given two big parties at once. It was hard to get refills on drinks because she was so busy. It was a very hectic atmosphere. Disappointed that we couldn't sit together as one table. Half of the party was disappointed in their food.
