Slow wait staff, poor response from hostess in moving us away from the cold drafty windows.
The first time we went to this restaurant the food was great! We went over st pattys day weekend and were very disappointed. The steaks came out well done, the veggies were undercooked nd drenched in butter, and the other side was cold. The service was good but the meal was not worth the price this time. We ended up grabbing dinner after our show some place else. I hope they go back to how they were.
We had a nice meal not to pricey. Waitstaff was very courteous.
Burgers were over cooked. People next to us very loud. Only good thing was the service.
Good food and drink
Excellent food. The Mac and cheese was great. Table was ready to go at our time. Great place before a show. Alice Cooper was Killer that night.
Beer and food was good. Too loud for my taste and didn't like the music
Service was great, waitress was very attentive and nice. The food was great as well.
This place is in a great location for going to see a show immediately after. Food mediocre, husband didn't like the beer. But you can't beat the location. And our server was really really good. Food came out quickly.
Needed a quick bite before a show. Food was OK. It was fine for that purpose. I don’t think I’d choose it for a destination dining evening.
Easy place for an after show dinner with friends and our families. Being able to make a reservation was very helpful. Everyone enjoyed the meal, even the picky eaters.
We had a reservation through OpenTable and got seated right away!!!
Craft beer was excellent!!
Food was excellent!!
Very reasonably priced!!
I would go back to Boston just to eat there again.
Nice selection of choices on the menu. Had the southwest egg rolls for appetizer and they were out of this world. The best we have ever had
I got the chicken tacos. They were very good. My husband got steak, which was also very good. This is also a great central location.
We had a great time the waiter was amazing so attentive very personable. Food and drinks were great. Definitely goong back.
Awesome meal and service , definately a do again spot!
The food was fantastic and so was our waitress. What I had an issue with was being seated. We had a 5:30 reservation and didn’t get sat until 6:10. We had a show to go to at 7:00. They don’t honor their reservations well.
A small group of came here on a busy Saturday night before a show at the Wilbur Theatre. We had booked in advance online (which I strongly recommend) and were seated immediately upon arrival. Drinks, appetizers, and meal were all timely and enjoyable. Our waitress was awesome and checked in with us periodically throughout our time here. It was a great place, would highly recommend!
Our server Alicia was so friendly and attentive ...she is a 5!!! Definately will be back.
Reservation was right on time afte taking in Blue Man group. Great food.
Just a waste of time for subpar food.
This was our 2nd visit to this restaurant. The food and drinks are excellent. The service is pleasant and efficient. The noise level was better for conversation this time—not so crowded. We would highly recommend this restaurant for a casual meal after a show in the theater district. An easy walk to all venues. This would also be a great place to watch a game—lots of tvs & great energy.
I always enjoy going. The 2 A.M is filling.
Always good service.
Good pre-theater food and drinks! Excellent nachos, burgers 🍔 were amazing!
Perfect.. we will definitely be back. Service was great, food was great. overall perfect
Relaxed dinner before the play despite all the noise from the football playoff game.
We went out for our sons birthday and the food and service were great. Unfortunately because of all the windows and the cold temperature outside, we had to sit inside at the table with our jackets in because it was so cold and the heat couldn't keep up with the large restaurant.
It was -3 degrees out the night we were there and they had no HEAT.....are you kidding me. The least they could have done was tell us when we got there.
I got there to hostess with attitude. I had 2 things under request when booking ...nothing was even mentioned. I waited 15 mins to put drink order in idk it was a good food just feel like workers In front could be nicer/happier and service from kitchen was slow.
We were seated in less than 5 minutes, while the wait for walk-ins was 90 minutes. The waiter was absolutely outstanding!
Food was good, hot, and decently priced for downtown Boston
Was seated and waited 20 minutes for a waitress, a woman came over apologized said that our waitress just walked in the door and was a little over whelmed because she had all her tables filled at the same time , she would take our drink order, but please go easy on the waitress as she is doing the best she can with all her tables wanting service at the same time. Our drink order came out 1-2 drinks at a time, asked for a sprite for my granddaughter that took 3 requests to finally get. After about 15 minutes, another waiter came to the table with a whole drink order that we did not order and when we stated that we just received our order, he came back within 5 minutes and said the Bartender won’t charge you for this round because we are just going to throw it out any ways.appetizers came, but never removed from the tables when we were done, food was delivered a few at a time , with the last meal received approx 10 minutes after firsst one was delivered and they were fish tacos, not a difficult meal to make. Overall not a good experience, when asked to speak with a manger the hostess stated that he was talking with some friends and it would be a few minutes, we noticed him talking with a group,of people having his picture taken with them ,apparently too busy to speak with an unhappy customer! I would not recommend this restaurant, seems too unorganized ,
Enjoyed my dinner here after catching a show nearby. The fried pickles were amazing! My 2am burger was enough for dinner, and lunch the next day. Highly recommend.
Food was spectacular and the prices were perfect. Will definitely be back.
Perfect place to gather for a couple of drinks & food before the show. Highly recommend reservations because they’re busy.
The food was excellent @ great prices. Service was incredible for a busy Sunday following the theatre. It is definitely a good place to go for a fun dinner.
Had a reservation but was seated 20 mins late. Food took a long time, then one plate was dropped. Mgr took it off the bill and replaced it as he knew we were waiting a long time and had a show to go to. Hardly saw waitress.
Caught dinner at Rock Bottom before taking the kids to ELF. Fabulous food, fantastic service!
WORST SERVICE EVER. My husband and I waited over 30 min for our bar drinks while others were being served. A party of 6 that sat after us had their food well before ours came (reservation for 3 was my party). My son ordered "butter noodles" and they came with no butter. Food was.... eh.. I've had much better at the 99. The only plus was that the manager comped almost the entire bill.
Very reasonably priced for Boston. Large portions, good food! Will be back!
The food was very good. Childrens meal came with a make you r own sunday, which they enjoyed. Only problem was childrens grilled cheese ( i thought was great but) is made with garlic bread, a 7 year old just would like just plain bread.
