   The service was great but not the food. My burger was obviously frozen, and the fries were terrible. I ordered two drinks from the bar and they tasted like kool aid. Terrible food.

   My server Isalas was incredible at his job. Made everything right from drinks our food order and check out. Isalas was doing work of 3 people by himself. Other wait staff was standing around talking. I'm sure glad he was there to take care of my wife and I while enjoying the band play.

   Food was hot and delicious as usual. The server was attentive and friendly. It was 8:30pm when we arrived and they were not busy like they can be earlier in the evening. It’s an overall positive experience! We like to go there every once in a while.

   Awesome first Fat Tuesday Crawfish experience at R&B I think it was a first for them as well. Wet naps or a roll of paper towels would have been nice but we had plenty of napkins another very small thing I noticed the removal of platters could have been done in a more timely manner but all in all it was great. I do prefer mine fresh from the boiler though they were cold but the winds were blowing 90 to nothing! Greatly seasoned but yes they were not even warm. I would do it again. Servers were awesome very accommodating :) Fun Night ! Desert at the end was on spot! TO the cooks potatoes weren't done completely well the larger ones anyway :) Good flavor !

   First time visitor to this restaurant so I had no expectations. We had reservations and were seated without a significant delay. We sat inside, away from the live music that was happening outside on the patio. Waitress was attentive and was on top of things, she did a great job. The restaurant was extremely loud. Not with the live music or even the background music, it was just the noise of people. Hard floors, hard surfaces throughout--there was nothing to absorb the sound. It was almost impossible to have a conversation with people sitting at our table. We were practically yelling and constantly having to repeat ourselves because the place was so loud and noisy. Now on to the food. HUGE letdown here. I ordered the BBQ trio. While the portions were ample, the food was anything but tasty. The ribs were bland. The pulled pork was bland. The chicken wings were bland. The BBQ sauce didn't help. This is TEXAS, BBQ is supposed to be good here. It wasn't. Big disappointment. Stay very far away from the BBQ in this establishment. My friend ordered the nachos. They were supposed to come with pork or chicken, and she ordered a combo of the two. The plate of nachos was a very healthy portion, however, we struggled to find any meat on the nachos. It was mostly cheese sauce and diced tomatoes, and a few pepper slices. Again, the meats were MIA. Stay very far away from the nachos unless you just want chips and cheese. Big disappointment. Based on this experience I won't be returning to this restaurant.

   Our waitress was supposedly a "trainer" - but after initial drinks were brought out she never came back to check on us unless we flagged her down. Even after food came out she never came back to see if there were issues with meals or to see if we needed refills.. we had to call down another server to ask her to go find ours so we could get a missing utensil We could see her almost the entire time at the server station talking to another employee so it wasn't that she was too busy

   Our service was not the best. Our server was not attentive at all and it took us about an hour to get our food in. After we finished she was no where to be seen and we waited for another 30 minutes to get our checks.

   I had a great experience using Open Table. It was easy to use and hassle free. I highly recommend using it.
