The restaurant was founded by one of the biggest names in rock and roll merchandising and backed by the legendary Gene Simmons from the rock band KISS.
Rock & Brews first opened in El Segundo, and now has multiple locations throughout the Southland. Its flagship location holds a special place in the hearts of the owners and locals alike, from its family-friendly atmosphere to its massive "great wall of rock," flatscreen TVs and original artwork. Four-legged family members are welcome on the restaurant's dog-friendly patio. The expansive menu features something for everyone, with hearty burgers, hotdogs, sandwiches and pizzas as well as salads, wraps and grilled specialties.

Restaurant was NOT open!!!
I am upset that I was able to make a reservation through open table and the business is not open yet. I drove to this location to meet a friend thinking we had a reservation to find the business closed. This was very unfortunate considering we would have made reservations elsewhere and friday nights are very busy.
The biggest issue is that Rock & Brews DOES NOT accept OpenTable reservations on the same day. You have to make the reservation at lease the prior day. This is not noted on the OpenTable site, nor the Rock & Brews site.
Fortunately they had an open space and were able to seat us when we arrived for our "reservation" that wasn't.
Fairly good at providing plexiglass barriers for safety.
The service was a little slow, but that may have been due to a shift change.
Wings were good but expensive 10 medium sized for &13.99 but plenty of celery and carrots. Loud music expected as it is owned by rock and rollers, but the selection is older 70s rock. Good to go with friends for a game or drinks, not conversations.
It was great and COVID-19 safe
Received our appetizer quickly. After an hour waiting for our main meal we decided to leave.
Parking was easy, was seated early; open air dining where staff and menu and table were CDC compliant for virus. Our drink and menu selections were not originally filled as requested, but were quickly corrected. Felt very safe eating here!
Waited for a drink for 45 min, waitress didn’t ask how to make the burger and it was cooked well done. Couldn’t catch the staff to get napkins. No one checked on us. All food was brought at the same time while the drink was still missing. Seating arrangement was bad too. No one apologized.
Server wasn’t very attentive. Food runner brought our food and server didn’t check in with us for 15 mins and things were missing from our order.
Great establishment! Something like 50 beers on tap (I only had a couple), a giant pretzel with beer cheese sauce (the best!) and a burger - all delicious! Plus there was a great band - The Illusions - who played awesome 80s rock. Such a fun afternoon.
