It was a great time, great service and the atmostsphere is fantastic. Fun place with lots of great food.

Food was good; some service problems; wrong item was brought out, drinks were slow to come out; very busy so they were trying, but need to do a little better; atmosphere was good
Fun experience and cool place. The food was beyond amazing, however the pitcher of margaritas were pure sugar and very much lacking tequila. Our waiter was very attentive but struggled to split the check for us and made that very complicated.
Helpful staff and good food freshly prepared
Went out for my birthday and had a large party everyone was very accommodating but the hostesses were extremely rude stating “yeah, we know who you are don’t ever do that again” referring to my large reservation

We enjoy Rocco’s but there always is a huge problem with getting seated even if you have reservations. It’s happened multiple times in a row and is a serious problem for this restaurant.

Excellent food
We had heard great things so we were eager to try this spot. The service was good and the waitress was helpful with food suggestions and spice levels for our toddler. The pulled pork was very salty, and the plantains were very dry. Overall it was okay...

We had friendly service, delicious nachos, and great tacos. Love the thin corn tortillas. Margarita was tasty but a bit on the large-and-sweet side, would prefer a more authentic option. Fun place with great food, one of our favorites in West Palm.

Food preparation not typical of most Mexican restaurants. Make sure you speak to server before ordering your dish. Fun atmosphere
Though disappointed when I called ,that they never received our open table reservation, once we got our delicious meal all that was quickly forgotten.
I highly suggest hiring more mature hostesses that are computer savvy and customer customer friendly.
The wait staffs quick and efficient and the quality of the food is consistently good.

Great table and good service
We came for lunch at 1:15 PM on a Wednesday. When the server came (after several minutes) to bring water we ordered everything. Good thing we did. Two cocktails, tableside guacamole and a Yucatán entree to share (two steak tacos and a chicken enchilada). Drinks came after several minutes, and I should note it was only moderately busy. I had ordered a frozen mango margarita with salt. Came with no salt and was brought by a different server. Waited several minutes to let my server know and she never returned. So I took my drink to the bar and waited for the bartender to acknowledge me. When she did, I asked if I could please get it in a salted glass. She hardly said anything but salted a glass and unceremoniously plopped it in front of me and walked off, leaving me to dump my own drink into the new glass. Went back to the table and got the guac. It was delicious but after the initial layer of chips the rest were broken. Finished all the guac (which is a lot) and waited several more minutes before the food came, again brought by a different server, and ours still hadn’t come to check on us. The “entree” came on a huge plate that dwarfed two steak tacos and a single enchilada. No beans and rice, not even garnish. For $16.50. I thought maybe it was a mistake so I waited several minutes for our server to check in. Never saw her, so I called over a manager-type and asked her. She told us that’s how the dish comes, with no sides. We had eaten at a different Rocco’s location previously and I thought it had then. I didn’t argue. The food itself was fresh and tasty. The highlight of our lunch was getting a notification on my phone from AAA app that if I show my card there I get a free dessert. Needless to say, it was a bit of an ordeal waiting for the server to show, getting her acknowledgment that it was legit and getting the Tres Leches Cake, but it was delicious!

Hated the seating. We reserved a few days advanced. We get to our table and it’s a tiny spot, squished in between 2 other tables. I felt very uncomfortable having to slide through the crevice, putting my rear end in someone’s face, just to get to a seat. No water or cups. And no offer of chips and guacamole for a good 10 minutes although this hasn’t been the first time this has happened. Waiter was nice but all around there was no privacy. I could hear both tables beside me’s conversation. Probably will be finding a new place to go out

We go to Rocco’s Tacos about once a month. West Palm Beach location is in great area just a short walk from the Intercoastal. Very close to parking.
It was very loud. Loud music, loud noise from outside and tv made people talk louder so much so you couldn’t have a conversation with the people next to me.
We were lucky to get a table just outside the doorway, so we're able to enjoy their Air Conditioning and the fresh outside air. The waitress Amanda was very timely and friendly and mostly got our food order correct. Tacos and guacamole were amazing. Their chips and salsas are really the best! And the pineapple jalapeño margaritas we ordered were delicious, although a little light on the tequila. But overall, we highly recommend this restaurant and bar and will be back!
Tortilla soup at the Clematis location is AMAZING. Can’t have a quick lunch here. For two people with very simple orders it’ll take a full hour. For a group expect about 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Great service, amazing food & yummy drinks
Service was a little slow for how busy the restaurant was (not very busy) but was fine- my party wasnt in a hurry so big deal. My biggest complaint is vegan options. There's exactly one and its just passable in taste. Mushroom tacos....come on.For how modern and trendy the restaurant is, it is disappointing how behind on vegan food it is. Vegan tacos are not hard or expensive so why only have the one option? I don't know. I don't want or need the whole menu to be vegan friendly but come on. Give us two or three things besides chips and guac,man.

We had a fabulous meal at Rocco Taco. Our waitress was fun and informative and really sweet. The guacamole and salsa was absolutely fantastic! I had an absolutely amazing pulled chicken taco and a pretty good carne asado taco (the chicken was better). The mole sauce on my friends enchilada was very good. I'd highly recommend this restaurant for a fun night out on the town. The decor was really cool and the bar was amazing!
Great guacamole and ambiance. Got loud towards 9 ish so go early if you don't want to shout. Great vibe. Food very good!
Consistently good food and decent margarititas. Good tequila offerings as well. Ask for the house Habanero sauce in the bottle.
The waiter, I believe his name was Breeze (not sure of the spelling, sorry) was awesome. Helped us navigate the menu to get exactly what we wanted including margaritas. He was great. Food was amazing and between the food and the waiter, after walking around the area looking for a bar to go to, we came back to your bar. Great experience and will tell all our friends.
I don't know if there was a recent change over in staff, but the food was better than it has been in a long, long time. I was pleasantly surprised. And for a first date place, you can really take your time and talk.
Guacamole is great. Everything else is meh. We'll go elsewhere on Clematis for pre-show dinner.
