We made a reservation for outdoors. When we arrived, we were told we would have a half hour wait for outdoors. They took too many reservations for outdoors. We ate inside and were disappointed.
The prices are exorbitant. I realize that food prices are very high, but the menu prices were higher than the prices on the Open Table confirmation email menu.
Very nice waiter, delicious food, great setting . Perfect night!
We had reservations at 6:15 pm and did not leave until 8:30 pm. Our dinner delivery was delayed, multiple tables who came in after got their food before us. The steak was ok, needed more flavor for the price that was paid. The martini was very good but was pricey.
I was not impressed. Yes the steak was a very good high end one, the chicken wings were meaty. The rest was just average and over priced. The waiter was okay. I had to keep asking for my water glass to be refilled where another table got a carafe of water. I don’t know, I am glad I tried it but did not find it spectacular enough to want to return.
Our waitress Shannon was a doll. The food was amazing as always. Very pleased with our experience!
We went for a special anniversary dinner. Service was a little off, our waiter, though pleasant, seemed a bit overwhelmed...it was a busy Thursday night. We waited about 10 minutes for a wine list to be told there aren't too many so had to wait until one was available. We had to ask for condiments and steak knives after our food arrived. My baked potato was cold, butter didn't even melt. Our filets were quite good although they, too, could have been hotter. Perhaps our meals sat a bit before being served. We have always heard good things so perhaps it was an off night. Just thought we could have felt more like we had an expensive, special dinner. Somewhat disappointed. I would recommend but would also offer our experience.
Great food great service!
Antonio was excellent!
The valet parking staff very friendly
The food was mediocre. And we had to track down the waiter to pay our bill.
Excellent food. Our server was efficient us not very friendly.
Amazing as always!
Salad less than delicious. Slow service. Overcooked chicken.
We had a birthday lunch at Rocco's outside and it was lovely. The wait staff was and always is pleasant. Food was and always is delicious. We look forward to our next visit, which we hope will be soon!
Food was great only thing was way to much time and Rosemary besides that it was amazing
The food was delicious. We were able to enjoy dining outside.
Food is excellent. Is pricey so be prepared to pay. Quality is very good. Service is somewhat on the slow side. I think a little bit is deliberate so that you savor all courses. Some can be due to being short staffed. Not recommended due if you are in a hurry. Worth the trip for great food and relaxed conversation!
Service was a bit slow even though they seemed adequately staffed. Food and ambiance are great!
Always a great place to go!!
Food was delicious! Love going to Rocco’s every time!
Entree was absolutely the worst ever! You would think that for a $55 lamb chop it would actually have meat on it. Both my wife and I had the lamb chops and it was the fattiest cut of lamb I have ever had in my life! Mentioned something to the server and nothing was done - not even a check by a manager. NEVER AGAIN!
Amazing… as always ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Good steak and salad. Steak sauce also good. Can’t nit pick too much other than to say keep an eye on your restrooms when busy, we are still in a pandemic.
Best steak house in the area
worth repeating Best steak house in the area
Wonderful Apple Pecan Salad!
This was our first visit to Rocco’s at the Brick. We were very pleased with the overall atmosphere and friendly staff. The food was amazing and the presentation was wonderful. We were glad to see a great list of top shelf whiskeys. The menu had a variety of dinner choices that we are looking forward to trying. We will be back!
Best date night meal in a king time!
Had a 6:30 reservation and didn’t get any food till 8:00. It was a full house and the wait staff was busy…
Perfect anniversary. Great service.
Delicious food and great service!
We were there for my son’s 25th birthday. The food was AMAZING! Better than any city steak house! Service was so slow and we had to ask for so many things: bread, drink stirrers, butter and sour cream for the potatoes, steak knives. It got cold on the patio and dark and we had to ask for both the heater and a light. The sever was great just overwhelmed. 10/10 would definitely come back though.
Good bye dinner for our son heading back to college.
The food was excellent as was the service. You can’t go wrong here.
I’ve eaten at Rocco’s many times before, but during my last visit on a Sunday the service was not good. No one came over to greet us or ask if we wanted a drink for at least 15 minutes. We had to ask for a server. We had to ask for a bread plate, which was missing from the table. The server had minimal contact with us. We decided to go to the bar for a drink after lunch. Someone poured us water (he looked like the manager) but walked away without asking what we wanted to drink. Then we waited for the server (same one who served us lunch - no bartender there) to ask us what we wanted. Hopefully, this was a one-off. I will be back and would still recommend as the food and drinks are usually good.
Food was ordinary for selection of brunch. Service was good
Rocco's was amazing! It was everything I dreamed it would be. This was the 5th time I had to reschedule reservations for other reasons, and it did not disappoint. The service was awesome, the hostess was polite, our server Ed was attentive and friendly. The food was beyond delicious! It is pricey but rightfully so! We hope to make it back for another occasion!
I recently moved out of town, and wanted to hit my former favorite spot while visiting. We arrived early for our reservation, but were seated immediately. It didn’t look as busy as a usual Friday night, but it took us 35 minutes to get our drinks. Our server was really pleasant, but her service the rest of the night was inattentive and lacking. In fact, my friend that I had brought to introduce to Rocco’s was really annoyed with the poor service after everything I’d told him about the place. The server assistants, however, did a great job helping out when they could.
The food, when it came, was outstanding as always! My friend loved it and commented that he was definitely coming back with his fiancée.
We’ll chalk-up the below average service to an “off night”.
Wife and I went for our 5 year wedding anniversary and had it completely ruined. We sat outside, which was ok but has a “tent at a carnival” feel to it. After about 10 minutes of sitting and drinking water, a waitress comes up and begins to go through her introduction. Then she abruptly stops and says, “oops you guys aren’t my table” and walks off. We thought, “weird” but whatever.
Well we then waited.... waited..... waited..... and waited for someone to come take at least our drink order. We asked the bussers and the waitress who we spoke to earlier if they could get someone, but they did nothing. 30 minutes go by, and at this point we would have left, but it being our anniversary, we wanted to see it through. Finally, the waitress that started to serve us earlier came back and said “well, I don’t know what’s going on, and you guys aren’t even in my section, and I’m super busy, but I’ll take your order.” Kudos to her for stepping up, but we then felt like a burden to her the rest of the night. We were left wondering which of the two other servers who were waiting on tables right next to us was supposed to be our actual waiter. At some point, the male waiter who had been walking past us all night, came up and said very loudly that he was sorry, he was supposed to have us, but he “didn’t see us and didn’t know we were in his section” and walked away. Since he gave two separate excuses, I wonder which, if any was true. I can’t help but feel they had simply wanted us to get up and walk away instead of serving us. The worst part, is that whoever was managing the restaurant, didn’t even have the wherewithal to come and speak to us. We felt incredibly unwelcome. Not a single person even said “welcome to Rocco’s” or “thank you” the entire night.
The food was average but nowhere near the $200 you can expect to spend on two people. We were extremely disappointed in what looked like a great place.
The food is excellent but rather expensive. Worth it for a special occasion but also very loud in the dining room
Rocco's service (or lack of) is so bad that it takes away the joy of eating out. It seems that the service keeps getting worse, although the employees are really trying. The Problem is management (i.e. ownership, not controlling reservations, and staffing.
This isn't the Rocco's we've made our "go to" place!!
