   It was cold. Not much atmosphere and cafe like but prices... especially wine at hotel prices

   Nice place and service was fine. Food was ok but not to same quality as other places at similar price. Parmesan wasn't offered for risotto which was disappointing. Overall nice place within the belfry if your staying over, would return.

   The food was good and the service was good as well. It was a little pricey for what it is - especially the children meals. But overall a good venue, especially if you are staying at the Belfry and don't want to leave the resort.

   Had booked a table for three put on a table for two and third person squeezed onto same table . Sat under air conditioning unit which was freezing had to ask for it to be switched off . I had a goats cheese salad which was small to say the least ! Also this was the only venue available for use near the spa earlier in the day there was no lunch or quick bite menu only crisps chocolate bars and one crossaint available . Unless you had preordered afternoon tea options were non existent . I was visiting the hotel for overnight stay with my two daughters who were starving and had to wait until evening meal at 7 .

   I was worried about the poor reviews but shouldn't have been because I had a lovely meal in a lovely restaurant surrounded by friendly, efficient staff. My friend and I shared a salad and fries to start, had a pizza each and a dessert each. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Pizza was lovely and hit the spot. Wine was expensive and the cheapest bottle tasted awful but besides that a lovely time was had. Would recommend.

   Lots of staff about, were accommodating when needed to move because table was broke, food nice a little expensive ( especially the beer!) BUT it is in the belfry grounds so expected it! It was very chilly in there huge draft around our legs so not the best. Bit strange thar it’s put right by the swimming pool too could be better being somewhere else as smell of chlorine as you walk in wasn’t the nicest before you’re about to eat! However portions were generous and food presented nicely so a nice meal just a very cold restaurant

   No meet and greet, no customer service., didn’t eat as left after after that

   I went with 3 girlfriends and was very disappointed. The restaurant doesn't really have an atmosphere, it is more like a canteen. The waitress was miserable and not friendly at all. Food was ok but two of us ordered a goats cheese salad and goats cheese pizza and there must have been a problem with the goats as there was a serious lack of cheese. The salad we did send back and ask for some more but we didn't bother with the pizza. I was disappointed. Kind regards.

    The food was great only complaint would be two of us ordered a glass of prosecco and they arrived half full so I asked where the rest of it was and they brought the measure over to "prove" it was 125ml but one was short and so they did fill the glasses up as a gesture of goodwill. At £7.50 a glass I expect a proper measure so suggest you buy glasses that hold 125ml rather than serving in larger glasses. I had one in the bar earlier and that was full and no complaint.
