From the moment we walked in the door, everyone was very polite and extremely helpful. After talking to my wife, our server suggested a custom meal not on the menu. She absolutely loved it. I “settled” for something from the menu and it was delicious. After dessert, our server brought over a complimentary after dinner drink. Can’t say enough good things about Roberto’s.

There is no Ocean View and the restaurant can be quite noisy at times the food and the service more than makes up for that. My husband loves their shrimp stuffed snapper and I had their shrimp Trio which was magnificent. For the quality of the food the prices are very reasonable. As a matter of fact we paid more for a glass of wine at another restaurant with with food not nearly as good so much less. The service is very attentive.

This was our first time at Roberto’s. The restaurant was recommended to us who knew we loved coconut shrimp. We were not disappointed and would certainly go back.

Excellent restaurant. I had the panela cheese and the Pompano Special. I would recommend both highly. We went at an off time, so the restaurant was empty. But the waiter was excellent. He was very attentive without being overbearing. Excellent lunch!

Although it was New Years Eve which is a very busy time in Puerto Vallarta especially for restaurants, I was not expecting every aspect of our dining experience to be so poor. We had to ask multiple times for drinks, silverware and a menu. It took just short of two hours to receive our main course. Both dishes were room temperature and the chicken breast was so tough/overcooked that it was difficult to cut. They did take the one dish off the bill. We paid and left with no intention to ever return.
