Rob's philosophy is all about making wine with character; wine with depth which reflects our unique terroir. You'll taste from vineyard sites across the Valley, and learn how location impacts the perfect drop.

A lovely afternoon out in stunning weather. We sat outside in the garden under beautiful trees and the view was lovely - a very relaxed atmosphere with delicious platters and bubbles. Service was attentive and super friendly and most of all, it is dog friendly! We would highly recommend this winery and will definitely return.

We had a lovely time at Rob Dolan. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the food is great value for money. The toasties were exceptional and the wine tasting was delivered at a good pace. We were given complimentary dusted almonds as we finished our bottle.

The guy who took our wine tasting was very knowledgeable and super friendly if we asked questions. Service was great, not too rushed or too slow. They are also a dog friendly winery so we were able to take our new pup. Wine was yum, we will be back!

Is a lovely venue. Need to try a bit harder with the charcuterie platter. Meat (3 types of smoked/cured) bread, olives, relish good. But there was no cheese offered and there is a cheese maker at the winery. If some of their cheeses were featured folks would say hey this is good and buy some to take out (we bought some to go on the platter as there was none). A few cherry tomatoes or even sun dried would have lifted the platter to a much higher level. Wine is very good (Yarra valley prices of course)

The bees/wasps made it an extremely unpleasant afternoon. We had to leave after 45 minutes. A warning would have been nice. We then bought some wine and the wrong wine was put in the bag. We didn't realise until we got home. Disappointing

Really nice spot for wine and cheese. The walk in area is in the gardens (no service ) whereas we booked for 6 and were a bit more tucked away from the lovely view . Wines were lovely (did a tasting- fan of the cab sav ) and staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Beautiful spot for a afternoon catch up with family. Loved the sharing plates and great value wines. Only negative was we felt a little rushed to finish up in 2 hours but the staff found us a vacant table on the lawn where we stayed until we finished our wine. Very enjoyable day.

Our group had a great afternoon grazing on beautiful cheeses and condiments and enjoying the Pinot Gris. The Estate was so relaxing and we had a wander through the garden. Wonderful way to spend a few hours. We will definitely return.

Great wine selection. Outstanding venue, customer service, atmosphere and view. It's very dog friendly and our puppy was able to roam off lead. The cheese platter was absolutely delicious. Definitely one of my favourite spots.

Just a joy to be sitting on the verandah of a beautiful property, gazing out onto the lawns and vines. Bliss. Add to that being looked after by all the staff as if you were a VIP guest - it’s simply superb and outstanding customer service! And then of course the outstanding wines. We love every single time we’re there enjoying a few lazy hours on a weekend afternoon. When you think it can’t get better, Rob Dolan is dog friendly too!

Lovely place and amazing service! Our waitress (Holly) was great and so lovely. We spent a very good time and testing wines was the best. Also, we learnt so many interesting things about wines and the yarra valley. We recommend! The frenchies!
