Essence of Deliciosness: Umami was discovered 110 years ago in Japan in the savory flavor of kelp broth called kombu dashi. It's distinct from the four basic tastes of sweet, sour, bitter, and salty. The taste was named "umami," which literally means "essence of deliciousness" in Japanese. We’re building a home in Frost Creek and your restaurant was recommended by someone at Frost Creek. You menu was SPECTACULAR and my dish (Shrimp and Chocolate sauce) was amazing! The server was wonderful and we look forward to bringing friends and family!

A small, pleasant restaurant with wonderful food, excellent service. The menu is small and changes each month so check their webpage to see if they have items you find interesting and appealing. Entrance is on 2nd St., nearly to Highway 6.

Amazing as always. Love that the menu changes every month. The last two times I’ve been, I’ve had the burger special, which has been incredibly tasty. The owners and staff are wonderful and attentive. We love Roam!!!

The alternating menu is a good concept. But, execution is poor. They never seem to have the most current menu posted on website. So when you arrive all the menu options are different. Also when ordering, you know the food will be good. BUT, when ordering you feel like your settling because you don’t know all ingredients and choices are limited. So you never truly get what you want! I’m not a picky eater so I enjoy creations, but the majority of people that go out to dinner like more choices and like to know what there are getting ahead of time. Also, I found it to be exceptionally expensive, for 3 entrees, no alcohol, and an app of fries it was $150.
