   I had a Caesar Kale salad with chicken. The chicken was over cooked and dry. We sat inside because it was chilly outside but the bartender opened the whole front of the building so it was quite chilly inside.

   We took our son and his girlfriend there to celebrate her 21st birthday. The drinks were really good, well made, and the service was attentive. The food came out quickly and the waitress was kind and friendly. She even offered a free shot to celebrate.

    We had an 8:15 reservation and we were seating promptly. It was so loud that the six of us couldn’t even have a conversation. We got out drinks, but at 9:15 we still had no food. We had to ask the waitress where our food was. She went to check and then said the kitchen was backed up. She brought fries to make up for the delay. Our food finally arrived at 9:30 and the restaurant was mostly deserted. All she said was there were a lot of angry customers that night. All in all it was not a pleasant experience. We won’t go back.

    I took my young adult daughter out for her birthday. Enjoyed the atmosphere, food, and drinks. Music is hip hop and volume up, but that’s what my daughter likes. So for us, it was a good time.

    First of all, our server didn’t feel like helping us much. I felt like anytime she had to come to the table so was annoyed and not very friendly. If we were a burden… The music was really loud and I felt like I had to yell so the other people could hear what I was saying, and most of the time even yelling they couldn’t hear. The best food there was the Buffalo cauliflower.

    Ordered our first round of drinks and didn’t get them for a whole hour, they were beers… very simple task. Poor service and no apology from any of our 3 different servers who kept struggling to identify whose table we even belonged to. Server 1 got mad and walked away from us while we were trying to order (mid sentence). Server 2 said “I didn’t even know you were my table so I just didn’t come over here” (laughing about it). And server 3 got the beers to us immediately. It’s so funny how they would avoid our table like the plague after messing up so badly but a simple apology and correction of the mistake would’ve sufficed. Think RnR staffing needs an overhaul

    Great place to watch sports. Was way to loud - not energetic. You had to really talk/scream even to your guest sitting next to you so that made conversation lag. That is the big downer of the revamped place. I had chicken tacos and they were good. Service as good and prompt. I would recommend RnR it but tell them it is WAY TO LOUD in there. If RNR would turn the music down just a bit it would be fun place to hang.

    Our poor server was way overbooked, she got triple seated and it was a solid 10-15 minutes before we even got drinks. It was out friends 30th birthday and she had on a whole ensemble and we put notes on our reservation, yet not one staff member said happy birthday. Our drink glasses weren’t even full, which was disappointing on top of the fact the $13 drink was in a small, dirty glass already. Very disappointed with this visit

    Absolutely terrible. We asked our server for water 4 times before she remembered, and ordered nachos when we first sat down. Waited an hour, never got the food, and ended up asking for the check. The nachos were not even on there because she never put them in to order. Awful service and overpriced.

    This place is not what is represented on Open Table. It is a sports bar, plain and simple, with decent, but uninspired food. If you are looking for a gastro-pub, move on. If you want energetic music, big screens, and basic bar food, this is your place. I didn’t hate it, but it was not what we were looking for that particular evening.

    Went two separate times and both times services was absolutely atrocious! Took forever to even have waters brought to our table and have the server come and acknowledge us. Food took forever when there were hardly any guests at the restaurant. Will not recommend to anyone in the future.

    It was VERY LOUD and VERY DIRTY! The table and bench was dirty. The bathroom had no toilet paper, no paper towels, and floor was flooded. Took server 10 minutes to greet us...we left before ordering! No masks being worn by servers or guests.

    This was one of the WORST dinner experiences I have ever had. I called days in advance to confirm our reservation after booking through Open Table and when our party of 8 showed up we were given a table for 6 and forced to cram two more chairs on the end. Not only was the table too small, but we had to order all out of food and drinks through the bartender who was very clearly overextended (not his fault, he did the best he could with the situation he was put in). I went up to the hostess to ask for a bigger table or at a very minimum if we could have a waitress take our orders because their bartender just couldn’t handle the entire bar on his own. She rolled her eyes at me and told me she would talk to her manager. For the next 45 minutes she continued to avoid me and never once spoke to a manager. Since we obviously weren’t getting any help from the hostess, we decided to ask for a piece of paper to write down our dinner orders so we could hand that to the bartender to make his life easier - when we suggested that to him he was so relieved and thanked us for doing that. He felt so bad that the service was so poor all night, he ended up giving us free shots after we paid our bill. I will never be going back to this place. What is the point of making a reservation if the restaurant is not prepared for your arrival? If you have a party of 8 coming in, then you need to make sure there is enough room at the table to comfortably seat 8 chairs. If someone books a dinner reservation, you should have a waitress taking that table’s orders. If the table is unhappy or concerned about the service, you should at least mention it to your manager and not roll your eyes at them. Just a few tips for management so hopefully no one else has this same experience. We were very embarrassed that we brought our guests from out of town here and that this was their first experience of Old Town.

    We had seen on several lists that this was one of the best places for brunch in Scottsdale, so we wanted to try it out. We had a reservation and were seated at a table at the bar upon arrival. At the time of seating, someone asked for our drink orders, but we asked for a minute to look at the menu. She agreed and said she would be back in a few minutes. She never came back. Multiple waitresses, hosts, and bartenders passed by our table without eye contact, asking if we wanted to order. I was able to flag someone down and ask if we could order and was instructed to order from the bartender. Again had to go through the process of flagging someone down to order. It took almost 45 minutes to order even drinks. We weren't even given waters in this time. We had to go through the entire process again for food. Food arrived cold and without silverware long after we had finished our drinks. Water glasses remained empty despite several bartenders and waiters walking by and were not refilled until directly asked. A table nearby had ordered bottle service at 10am and had at least two waitresses at their table at all times while the rest of the restaurant split maybe two or three. It seemed overall to be an extremely poorly managed location with terrible service and average food.

    Our waitress was extremely rude and sat on her phone the ENTIRE time. She would be texting the entire time al the way up until she actually asked us a question. When she did talk to us she was extremely rude. Was extremely unimpressed.

    Loved the atmosphere. A great place to watch your favorite sporting event with a group of friends. The place offers a variety of foods on their menu, however nothing that we ordered stood out in flavor. The food was good but not great. The service was very slow and not super attentive but overall we had a good time. I would go back if invited by friends but wouldn’t choose to if I was making the plans.

    We made a reservation and got to the restaurant they want us to sit right next to the entrance door where everyone came intonation out of the restaurant. With no pp to protect us. There were other out door seats available we where told these were taken. We did not eat at this restaurant.
