   The food was incredible. Best chicken parm I’ve ever had. We were stuck in traffic and running late and when we got there the staff was so welcoming and accommodating. They made it a wonderful evening.

   The sauce is everything. The mozzarella sticks were so good but again that sauce took it to another level! I had the Chicken Parm and it was all gone! The tiramisu was bomb too! Already placed my next reservation!

   Carter and Abbey provided excellent service, they went above and beyond. The food is AMAZING, we will be back. Definitely try the mozzarella sticks and broccolini, but anything on the menu is fabulous.

   First time to Rizzo’s and will not be our last! Everything was perfect from service, drinks, entrees (the penne vodka-superb) & dessert! Well done & compliments to the chefs :) see you soon!!

   Our 2nd time at Rizzo's; both have been phenomenal. Great food, incredible service (everyone is great but special shout out to our girl Claire!) We had a birthday this time, put it on the reservation and got a special card and candle in our bday girl's tiramisu! Overall, such a wonderful, cozy, perfect spot for a nice night out. Cannot recommend it enough.

   I had heard over the top great reviews on Rizzo’s. We are new to town and couldn’t wait to have an authentic Italian meal. To be honest, it did not live up to the reviews. The carbonara was so salty I couldn’t finish it. The bolognese was just ok. Our server was great. We won’t be back.

    Restaurant is small, country style with no seat cushions, thus uncomfortable. Entering the place is like going into a dark theatre. For some reason just before you enter the dining area there is a small waiting area where you are greeted that's darkened by black curtains and no light. I understand the curtains to keep the draft out from the front door but why the almost complete darkness. Anyway, we were led to our table after a few minutes. Our server came over (Naomi - I hope I got it right) she took our appetizer and drink order. She was very pleasant, courteous and was prompt with our initial order. Aside from my negative comments in this review the one aspect of this restaurant that is outstanding is the staff and the level of service. There is always someone walking around the tables providing fresh water, wiping food spills off your table and seeing whether you need anything. My compliments and thanks to the owner and staff. The food is very good but no better than some other Italian Restaurants we've eaten in and for a cheaper price. Is it worth the extra $'s they over charge - no, not at all in my opinion. And read the menu carefully. My wife and I both missed the extra charges that get added on with your main course. For example, I ordered the Veal Parm. I missed the notation on the menu that stated if you want spaghetti with it that's another $8.50. And you only have a choice between spaghetti and penne. And for some reason it costs and extra $4 for the penne because you get more (according to our server). Why not boil less and drop the $4? My wife had the Shells with bolognese sauce. Again we missed the notation that there is an extra charge of $6 for the sauce. Not worth it. There is only one restaurant that I've eaten at where every item ordered for your main course had a price - that was an expensive steak house. Rizzo's is very much the same but something we've never experienced at any other Italian Restaurant. Good luck and enjoy.
