I visited Rizzoni's based on an ad on Facebook for their Meatball Mania promotion on Sunday March 9, 2025 at their C3 branch. I was surprised and a little disappointed that the server was not aware of what the promotion offered and that the ad was misleading and unclear in itself. In spite of the disparity with the ad and what was indeed available, my server and the manager tried to explain and rectify the situation, so that I was still able to enjoy my meal. My recommendation going forward with any promotion that Rizzoni's has, is that it be made clear how the offer is to be accessed and make mention if it will be available to be taken away. I was very surprised when I was told in their BOGO offer, that was available for dine in only, I would not have been able to take my free meal with me. All these details would have affected my choice in deciding if it was worth visiting. If it wasn't for my server and the manager trying to accommodate me, I was definitely leaving the establishment and dining elsewhere.

The menu at Rizzoni's has a variety of flavourful dishes, not to mention cocktails/drinks. Whatever you crave, there's an option to satisfy your tastebuds. As a vegan, my options for dishes were plenty compared to other restaurants I've visited. The server was kind enough to ask up front about any allergies or dietary restrictions, which I highly appreciated. Their pastas are ideal! You will not be disappointed. Especially the meatball option. Meatballs were spicy and cooked perfectly. Presentation was well considered when plating and the serving sizes were ideal. Have fun!

The Food was great. Great presentación, Portón sizes were good. The Food was cooked to perfección, it was delicious. There Valentines Menú Prices were not clearly defined, I was a bit surprised when I received my Bill. However, it was an enjoyable experience with my Lovely Wife.

Great experience, large menu, the virgin apple mojito is awesome, comfortable chairs, romantic ambience for me, excellent service, I was shocked at how fast I received my order, I am Muslim: they ensured no pork or alcohol was in my food and drink. I will return.

The overall experience was ok…there’s still room for improvements. I made reservations online and one request was that a high chair be made available….i had to wait a few minutes holding my baby while they call my server from her break to attend to us - including bringing a high chair. We also had to request water for the table which is normally given upon being seated- granted we asked that two of the glasses be removed as there were children at the table. While I understand that we were dining during TTRW, they need to not only place focus on those customers but all their customers - wait staff service needs to improve.

The ambience was great and the servers at the place was very attentive and respectful. They were very responsive and paid greater attention to our particulars.

The television was too small to enjoy the Champions League Final as advertised. The Staff seemed unprepared for patrons to watch the game. Several.appetizers were unavailable. The incorrect appetizer was delivered to our table and it contained shellfish which is a severe allergen for my husband.

The C3 experience was worth the time and expenditure. The meal was delivered in a timely manner and delicious. The service was also excellent. I would highly recommend here for a exquisite dining experience.
