Food and service were average. One of us order the sweet potato waffle fries and got regular. No plates were offered for our appetizer. Our server was nice but a little in the slow side especially since it was after lunch when we visited.

Requested high table seating which we did not receive but the area we were seated in was much quieter which allowed us to enjoy each other's company more.

Worst food we ever ate. The kitchen kept messing up our order. We couldn't hear each other talk. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The best part of the evening was when the manager took care of our bill because they couldn't get anything right.

Obviously you're going to pay Disney prices anywhere in Disney springs BUT if I'm going to pay those prices I want it to be well worth it. I honestly would reccomend going somewhere to get what you pay for. However, the watchos were amazing! The place is great for drinking and watching sports and such!

Went here to watch Sunday NFL games after seeing their Facebook post that they’d have all the games. I specifically asked for a table near a certain game and was told that I would be accommodated.

I was seated in a corner, where I could easily see only one television and could strain to see three more, despite this place having 25+ televisions and my party being the third to enter the restaurant. Not a big deal to ensure I could watch my game, but I should have taken this as a sign that they weren’t really focused on my viewing experience.

Fast forward 30 minutes later to kickoff and the game I want is nowhere near me. It took nearly 15 minutes for them to figure out that the game was the national broadcast and therefore was blacked out on the Sunday Ticket package.

During this time, the audio feed throughout the grill is adult alternative music. Sorry, but Coldplay and NFL games don’t mix.

Around half-time a manager came on duty that changed the audio to another NFL game. The food that was ordered, especially the Watchos was really good and our server was attentive and professional.
