   The views are amazing and the service was impeccable! Our food was good (fried chicken and cauliflower wedge). It’s worth it —just for the view.

   We love the rooftop at the Four Seasons Nashville. The ambiance was amazing. The food and drinks were delicious.

   A group of us (6) came here for a light meal and drinks. We ordered more than half the items on the menu but we pretty disappointed. The Tuna was fishy and not fresh, the bronzino was bland. The wagu wasn’t even close to a steakhouse quality steak. Items we did enjoy. The halloumi salad, the salad with the lettuce, mandarin’s that I can’t remember the name of. The hamachi was just okay. I can’t recall what else we had but overall food wasn’t worth the money. Service wasn’t great either. Our waitress barley checked on us. We would’ve ordered another round of drinks which happened to be the best thing there had she come back in a timely manner. I almost never trash restaurants but this was the first time I went to a four seasons and experienced this type of food and service.

   This review is specifically for the July 4th Rooftop Fireworks viewing event. I realize this is an outdoor venue and there was weather that moved through at the start of the event, but the staff was completely unprepared for the possibility (despite it being in the forecast all week). Given the workarounds they eventually tried, it’s clear there were several different ways this could have been handled smoothly. Instead we were treated to an hour of standing in line for what amounts to no reason, and completely inconsistent handling of check in - which led to more pointless standing in line. Wasting an hour of a four hour of event like this, given the price and reputation of Four Seasons, was simply unacceptable. I hope valuable lessons were learned for future events, but am more than surprised a staff of professional event planners did nothing to prepare a backup plan beforehand.

   This July 4 celebration was certainly not worth the money paid. It was also falsely advertised. It supposedly was to have four unique tables of food prepared by specialty chefs. The food I was able to get my hands on after waiting in a long line was a typical cheeseburger. I noted that they also had hotdogs. Due to weather after about 45 minutes, we were directed down to a fifth floor ballroom after waiting in a stuffy hallway. By the time we got down to the fifth floor, there was no food like we were told there would be and a large line to the bar. At this point, it was close to 8 PM and this was supposed to have started at 7 PM. So far no food or drink. My husband asked for an old-fashioned and was told they did not have the ingredients to make one. This venue advertised having high-end drinks and alcohol. This was not the case. For $400 apiece, we got hamburgers and hotdogs as well as a choice of three types of mixed drinks, beer or High Noons. It also advertised that we would have a reserved table for two. By the time we made it to the patio, the patio was full and there was no reserved seating. It was a free-for-all. We ended up eating our cheeseburgers on a lawn chair that had towels over it because it had rained out and they did not remove the cushions prior to the rain. Of course the water seeped through the towels and into our clothes. There were no tables and chairs left to eat or to place our drinks. From the get-go, there was no communication from management about what was happening or would be occurring. We knew a storm was coming at least 2 to 3 hours ahead of time. I do not know why the management team hadn’t prepared better for this considering what people were paying to attend. We were extremely disappointed with how this was run. The only saving grace were the fireworks. Of course I could’ve gotten this view from down at the park for free.
