Reservamos vía OpenTable para el St. Regis Kanai y nos dirigimos desde Cancún. Al llegar, la seguridad contactó con el hotel, pero nadie supo indicarles cómo proceder. Igualmente, al llamar directamente, solo nos mantuvieron en espera sin proporcionar soluciones. Tras 15 minutos sin avances, decidimos marcharnos, cuestionándonos la utilidad de reservar en OpenTable si no se respetan los horarios. La desorganización del hotel fue notable, lo que deslució nuestra experiencia antes de empezar.
