Great food, great music on a beautiful night!
Great food and beautiful scenery. Our server was fun too.
If you are a cigar smoker it is great. They have a fair amount of high tops in the bar area where you can burn one (also Cigarettes) and have the full menu available too. Brunch Sat and Sun. with unlimited sangria/Memosa options. Food was very good.
great place to go, we had a not so good waitress she was very polite but not really friendly. Band was the #1 reason we went there, our 3 time there and will be going back!!
Good live music that wasn't too close or too loud. Great service and friendliness from everyone we encountered.
Inside extremely loud with the band. Outside was great.
This was our first time eating here. First of all we had the fish and chips. The beer batter had no seasoning at all and was very bland. The breading was doughy and not fully cooked all the way through. The fries were ice cold and had to be remade. We also had shrimp tacos and grouper tacos. The shells were hard as in old and crusty. The grouper was flavored great but was like alot of scrap pieces. The fruit I got was rubbery and room temperature. We also had a slow and inattentive server. Overall, this was a very bad experience. For being a nice location they used poor quality product and poor selrvice.
The food was great the drinks were great I can’t believe the bill was as low as it was. And then outside the gentleman playing the guitar was amazing!!!
Great setting, especially for those with a preference for all things boating/nautical as it sits on the edge of a marina. Excellent ambience, live entertainment, food/drink and service.
Made reservation for 6 online for July 4—took only available time which stated was for indoors only & nobody was there. Very few people outside! Had to be reseated because condensation from a/c was dripping on us. Server, Josh, was very attentive & great with suggestions. Drinks were great. We all ordered fish & chips, menu stated they were a favorite. They were tasteless. So bland that we used malt vinegar & ketchup to try to help. Fries were good, slaw not so good. We have been here before and food was great. Later we were told that they were getting a new chef so I’m guessing we should’ve waited several weeks maybe. I would never go back there again based on the food we had on this visit. Very disappointing! Only recommend if you check to see if there’s a new chef first!
Went to brunch by boat. A great experience. We will definitely go back and try lunch and dinner.
Riveria Dunes Dockside is the place to go for brunch on Sundays! From the Chicken and Waffles to the basic Dockside breakfast, they do not fail to deliver. Had a group of 8 people and everyone was pleased with their meal. Not to mention the unlimited Mimosa's, Bloody Mary's and Sangria. Only been once for dinner and that was wonderful as well. Need to try Happy Hour!!
Food was tasty and we sat outdoors with a pretty view of the marina. Great spot for a leisurely Sunday brunch! Our table was close to the live music and it was a good level that didn't interfere with conversation.
Tenscia (sorry for spelling) was an amazing server who was friendly, attentive, interactive and courteous! The food outstanding, drinking terrific and entertainment fun! Thank you for making our 38th anniversary amazing!
We really enjoyed the location, dining right on the water. The live music was great and the vibe was tropical. Our apps and meals were delicious! Try the bruschetta!
Per our waiter, not enough chefs so they had a very limited menu. It’s Father’s Day. We should have been informed of the problem and given the option to schedule elsewhere.
Despite being Fathers' Day, they were short 3 cooks and a couple waiters, resulting in a foreshortened menu, more suitable for lunch, Confusion seemed to affect our waiter and the barkeep. Discussion tableside with manager helped our understanding of their predicament. It became apparent that the deck and bar scene was the center of interests, which we thoroughly enjoyed with brandy and cigars following the lackluster meal inside. Worth noting is the modest (but sufficient) wine list which is very reasonably priced.
Went for Father’s Day. Only had one cook. There was an hour and a half wait for the food. Our server Taylor was great. The restaurant wasn’t fancy at all and the food really wasn’t that good. The wings were crispy. Will not be back. We had a party at five and a long wait and limited menu by time really ruined the Father’s Day. Said that we had to wait until 3 to order anything other than brunch. Hostesses chilling at the hostesses stand in groups of 3+. They did not walk us to our table.
I reserved for a party of four for Father's Day Brunch. We were seated right away and given a two page menu. After looking the menu over, we were told that only one page of the menu was available from which to order. We ordered and after being there for an hour we noticed that other parties were leaving the restaurant. Our server told us that our food wasn't even started and she didn't know how long the wait would be and that the manager and a dishwasher were assisting in the kitchen because two of the cooks had called off. Obviously we left disappointed.
Our order took 75 minutes. Noise level was high, Food tasted like frozen food. Brunch menu was limited and only included breakfast. Would not recommend.
Normally we love the brunch here but on Fathers Day it was quite disappointing. The service was great but the whites were not cooked on the poached eggs, there was minimal avocado on the avocado flatbread, the bottomless drinks were watered down and overall just not up to their usual standards. I was given additional avocado on request so that helped and hope this was an isolated incident. Perhaps staffing issues were to blame on the holiday weekend so we will try again. Usually the chicken and waffles are very good here....
Average food, way over- priced. $170 for a simple family dinner (wings, one burger, one salmon, one steak) with three tiny desserts and no alcohol. Sat at a table in the bar with no view, no music. This used to be one of our favorite restaurants, but not any more.
The chairs were all broken at our table!!! It was very uncomfortable to eat at a table with broken chairs! Really get new chairs!!
What a pleasant evening. They went out of their way to seat our party of 15, when no other restaurants care to cater to larger parties at all, they even put us in the beautiful captains room. The food was VERY Good and the service was amazing. Our waitress was fantastic!! What a great reprieve this restaurant was from the long waits, disappointing food, and subpar experiences of many other places lately in the area. Do yourself a favor, make the reservation and give Riveria Dunes a try when all other restaurants want you to wait 2 hours!!
The staff and food were amazing!
We have been to Riviera Dunes Dockside on numerous occasions and highly recommend it. Beautiful location on the marina. The food has always been consistently good. We particularly enjoy the Sunday Brunch with unlimited Bloody Mary's and/or Mimosa's. My husband always has the Dockside Breakfast which is the usual eggs, sausage, hash browns, etc. I like their Hangover Breakfast which is a wonderful burger (no bun) with an egg on top. Their Chicken and Waffles is delightful. Enough for two breakfasts. Yesterday I had their Fish Sandwich (mahi) blackened. It was scrumptious. On Sunday's they have entertainment both during the day and evening.
We had a waitress that had only been working there for 3 days and she was excellent!! Her name was Tineecia G
Great for brunch. Will try dinner the next time.
We went to Riviera dunes for my grandmother‘s 75th birthday and not only was our food delicious, but our waiter was extremely congenial and the ambience was relatively low-key, somewhat reminiscent of life pre-pandemic.
It was a very quiet day when we visited the Riviera Dunes. We were the only guests in the main dining room. Service was good and 3 of the 6 in our party had the seafood salad which was excellent. It included a lobster tail and several shrimp. The views over the water are great.
Food and view and service were all wonderful as usual. Music was a little loud to have a conversation with friends at our table.
We had blackened Mahi and Jambalaya. Orange crushes, Long Island Iced Tea and Cosmos. All good.
Great place and setting menu selection nice and food quality good. The service was a little spotty but adequate. They seem to have a fly problem at sunset they need to correct somehow because their patio is really great.
Alex our server was great !
Fantastic food and the best service in the area! Sat on the deck with live music and enjoyed a beautiful Florida evening!
Another great meal at Riviera Dunes Dockside. I have yet to be disappointed when we have come here for a meal!
The quality has gone down in the paste few months.
Unfriendly staff as we walked into the bar area outside. I said we had reservations and asked where the hostess stand was - we were curtly directed inside. Once inside one of the staff members directed us back outside to the a host stand out there- we ran into the same girl who directed us outside who then wouldn’t even acknowledge us. It didn’t get much better from there, food was meh, unremarkable. View and live music were good, although not enough to make us want to return.
Exceptional service & ambience
Very nice evening dining waterside.
Excellent food & service! Sara was our server & she was outstanding!
