We had our wedding here and it was absolutely amazing! We wanted to come back for our anniversary to see how the restaurant was and they did not disappoint. We brought another couple with us and had a great time. The food was wonderful, service a little slow in the beginning, but didn’t bother us we had good company. Mark and Stephanie came out to say hello and wish us a happy anniversary, which was very nice! We will definitely be back!

Food was delicious! Our group had tried multiple different apps and entrees. I had the pheasant with duck fat potatoes and it was extraordinary. My fiancée had the filet and was very tasty. Would highly recommend for a nice date night.

We enjoyed Friday night very much, I think the Wine and Drink prices are a bit steep.

This place is truly awesome. My wife are very fussy diners and have high expectations. Mark and his management team totally get it. I had the chicken Florentine. My wife had the pheasant. Cocktails awesome. Erin manages the lounge and mixes a mean cocktail. The setting is just off of Highway 26 in a park like setting. Like 17 minutes from the north side of Janesville. People complain about lack of fine dining. Well here it is. Come and get it.

Belated Valentines celebration. Wife loves Riverstone salad. I had delicious lobster bisque and excellently prepared scallops. My wife loves the sirloin with the rosemary fig sauce. Ethan our waiter was excellent also. After dinner we enjoyed an excellent trio who entertained us with great music.

I watched others have bad to no service and leave because of it. Noise was a little loud for us. Food steaks were great but side dishes very small for the price. Salad was good what there was of it . We had the only fair waitress and others had inattentive servers. The need better training and better direction or let them go. Noone wants this kind of service when they go out for special occasions.

Unfortunately, I had to write a review because of the terrible experience we had there on Valentine's night. We reserved a table a month in advance to be in the main room but were seated in overflow dining which was awkward. We waited an hour for food that was mediocre. The staff was decent but not overly friendly or accommodating. The table next to us got up and left after 30 mins of not even being asked for a drink. We received a $25.00 GC when we left to come back again courtesy. We didn't complain but management knew there were issues and we were not happy. Still did nothing about my $150.00 bill for food and drink, I didn't even finish the plate...

The food was phenomenal. We went for their Valentines Day candlelit dinner. When you walk in, they take your coats and give you a coat tag, then they take you to your seat. I was at this restaurant when it was with different owners and the new décor is timeless yet modern. There are beautiful partitions in areas so when you are dining with others, it feels like it is only your dining party in the restaurant. Some people may think this restaurant is expensive, however, you also have to understand what you are being served. My husband ordered a bone in ribeye, which came with salad, mashed potatoes, and asparagus. I ordered salmon with pineapple/mango salsa, asparagus, salad, and a mushroom risotto cake. He had a drink as did I, plus we each ordered dessert. My dessert was a bread pudding cake served with a toffee sauce (reminds me a bit of Gordon Ramsey's Sticky Toffee Pudding), and my husband had the chocolate lovers cake. My goodness, these desserts were so good. The chocolate cake was so rich. It looked similar to a chocolate cheesecake, but it was more of a mousse/cheesecake consistency with a crust made of ganache. Now, given the ambiance, the service, and the food, plus drinks, I did not think $100 was bad at all. I will most definitely go back and I hope everyone gives it a try. Oh, they also do fish on Fridays!

Second time dining at Riverstone and it was everything I anticipated after thoroughly enjoying my experience the first visit. Steak was excellent as was the duck fat potatoes and vegetables. A must if you want great cuisine and and outstanding atmosphere.

This was our first dining experience since this restaurant became RiverStone. This is a beautiful venue. We celebrated a birthday and couldn't have been more happy with the whole dining experience. The food was excellent (had filet, alaskan halibut and shrimp linguini). Wait staff was attentive but not hovering. Also had a great appetizer and bottle of wine. Look forward to our next visit.

Took a LONG time to get a drink at the bar. REALLY kind of ridiculous long. Other than that, we loved it. Our waiter was wonderful and food was divine. I love the interesting and delicious soups!

Delicious Food and great service. Nice place for a date, business dinner or friends night out. I would recommend that they advertise more, I never hear anything about the place and neither does my friends

Absolutely loved the eating areas that provide more privacy for the party you're eating with. The charred Sprouts were amazing along with the delicious rolls! The staff is a very hard-working and attentive. This was our first visit and we were very happy with everything!

We were not offered more water or desert just given the bill. There was a problem with the bill as well. This was our second time and the food was outstanding and will definitely be back!
