I have eaten at Riverlight on several occasions and have never been disappointed. The staff are friendly and efficient, the atmosphere is welcoming and the food is truly outstanding. There is a good selection of dishes, and the desserts in particular are really creative and add a special touch. The addition of home-made bread and an amuse-bouche to the meal just adds to the occasion. There is also a good range of wines and other drinks at a reasonable price. Riverlight is by no means the cheapest restaurant in the area, but the food is good value for money and the whole experience merits the cost. It is also a fantastic venue for a party or celebration, particularly in the summer months when the outside space can also be used. I can't recommend Riverlight highly enough.

Riverlight is ideal for our business entertaining, as our offices are in Bourne End. The lunchtime menu is ideal for a working meeting, and the cuisine and service are perfect for our business guests.

Good evening catching up with old friend. Lovely food! Shame it was just so quiet on a Wednesday evening and the service is always a bit hit and miss depending on who you get.

Really enjoyed the evening and I forgot to warn them in advance that I was gluten and dairy free but it was no problem .

Overall we had a lovely evening, and the food was excellent however unfortunately we had to send one back as it wasn't hot enough. The staff were lovely and despite the one hiccup we really enjoyed the experience.
