They had just put out a brand new menu and was out first time being there on an outing. Some of the other reviews weren't that great but we took a chance and were very pleasantly surprised. The food was very well prepared and hot. Fish and chips were excellent as well as the salt and pepper wings. Beer and wine selections were adequate for this out of the way gem looking out onto the marina. Would recommend to anyone.

Lovely ambiance on the deck. The warm seafood salad was excellent. I still miss the salmon sliders. The price of single glasses of wine was eye-watering, certainly on the high side even in the face of typical industry gouging. Still we had a lovely time.

We had a lovely dinner. Great service, nice view, food was good. We had the date night special, which seemed good value. We will be back for sure!

Very nice restaurant, a little noisy. Good service. Very much overpriced, approximately 20% higher than equivalent restaurants. Food was good, but nothing special. Fish and Chips (Cod) not as good as their sister company, (White Spot) and more expensive, but smaller portion. Would not go out of my way to go again.

Awesome meal. Service was great. Nice view. It was too cold and windy to sit outside but plan on coming back when it’s warmer for that. The reservations are for the pub but we had no problem getting a seat in the dining area. It was recommended to request the dining room when making the reservation on the app, if that’s where you want to sit.

I enjoyed my salmon burger very much. The portion was large and the condiments tasty. The french fries were delicious and the good coffee appreciated. The service was attentive and I look forward to my next lunch at the *River *House.
