Food and service was excellent!! Will definitely be visiting again!

It was pir first experience at Riverbank Bistro and exceed our expectation! The food was delicious, ambience was relaxed and romantic and the Chef even came out and shook our hands as we were leaving. Our new favorite place to eat!

Food was amazing as usual! Daniel is a wonderful chef! The duck appetizer was excellent. Also enjoyed the lamb very much. Will be back again soon!

We had bison carpaccio, cauliflower, chicken supreme, veggie Wellington, and crumble for dessert. All terrific. But vegetable Wellington was a must have - unique dish and delicious. Service attentive but not in your face. Really nice atmosphere in there. Overall a great experience and will for sure be back.

The food was fantastic. The chef has done a great job in the menu with lots of variety.

The most exquisite place to dine in St Albert. From the building, to the service, and the food...everything is outstanding. We look forward to coming to Riverbank Bistro for any special occasion. We even had our Christmas party here in December. Dan and his fantastic team put out 35 incredible meals. Love it every time!

My Wife and I enjoyed the evening at Riverbank Bistro! Staff were excellent and our meals were prepared just the way we like it. First time both of us have dinned there and happy to say will not be our last! Highly recommend this place. From service , atmosphere and delicious food, this will be a restaurant we will enjoy going back to soon!

We have not had the opportunity to eat there yet and the food and service did not disappoint. We look forward to our next chance to dine

Beautiful restaurant with great food, service and ambience.

Every dish was great! Loved the crispy duck confit Caesar salad!! The Beef short ribs were awesome! We were there to take our time and visit we never felt rushed service was excellent.

Loved the decor. The food was very good. I found the vegetables a little bland. Also, it took quite a while for your water glass in getting a refill.

The food is so amazing, I always look forward to eating here.

My husband and I had a wonderful dinner at the Riverbank Bistro! He ordered the char, which just melts in your mouth. I ordered the chardonnay pasta, which was delicious! The creme bruise dessert is a must as well.

I only took a mark off for service as we had a reservation but they tried to seat us in the lounge across the hall. However, after asking, we were moved to the restaurant.

Exceptional food with well blended flavours done how you like! Staff are fantastic. Service is laid back which was nice. Great cocktails.

Good service, main was excellent, very nice experience.

Our party ordered 2 Prime Ribs & 2 Short Ribs, along with Roasted Cauliflower on Sunday night. Prime Ribs were overdone... we specifically ordered them medium rare, which came out well done. When 1 guest a requested for extra au jus, we were informed that there would be extra charge. At a fine dining restaurant,it would have been a nice touch if there was no extra charge... nickel & dime left us with a negative taste. We were also Disappointed that the prime Ribs came out in thin slices.

The short ribs were excellent, but portions was not generous.

The cauliflower was excellent, portion size fair. The waitress failed to provide us side plates when she served the cauliflower until we were almost finish. Incompetence is not acceptable when tips are expected at a fine dining especially when the restaurant was not busy on a Sunday evening.

Hard to make a recommendation when out of town guest was disappointed with the food & service.

Wonderful restaurant, had 6 people in our party and had no problem visiting and having a conversation.

Overall very good meal. Service was outstanding. The tenderloin steak was good but not great. Hence the 4 stars on food.

The beef tenderloin was amazing. Perfectly done to order, incredible presentation. It is our go to place for celebrating those big life events in St Albert.

Every time I come here I always have the best food and the greatest service.

We had a great dinner. Nice atmosphere with attentive service. Great place for conversations. Food was amazing and hard to decide on. The Avocado Bruschetta anf the Bison Carpaccio were mouth watering. The mushroom soup was a bit heavy for my taste but good. The Shrimp salad was tasty as well. Definitely would recommend and will be back.

The perfect evening out with friends. Everything was delicious. We will be back.

Next time it would be nice to know if the restaurant is
going to go the extra mile & serve the birthday person a free piece of cake or not.... it was very awkward & disappointing......

It started as a wonderful dinner...was having a wonderful conversation with my husband, enjoying great food.....then people started arriving and noise level was so loud that we couldn’t even talk anymore. We were out for a special dinner which they knew and they sat a party of 4 right beside us. The restaurant is very small so I understand there wasn’t a lot of places to sit but it put a damper on what started out to be a great night.

A favourite place for me. Tried two new dishes and loved them both: crispy shrimp salad and the bison carpaccio!! Can’t wait to have them again. Must try!

The food tasted amazing and was well presented. The service was great! Out waitress was very informative, clearly knew details for the entire menu. Would absolutely recommend eating here .

Our server was friendly, although she did forget to bring me new cutlery for my entree. The appetizers, entrees and desserts were all wonderfully tasty. We will be eating here again.

Short rib was amazing! Prices are also very reasonable
