The bar has offerings including bottled and draft beer as well as wine and mixed drinks.
Dry chicken. Requested outside table in my reservation but told it would be a wait. Tables opened up well before our food arrived
Spent Easter Sunday on the outdoor patio. Grateful for the patio umbrellas. Staff was really nice and did a nice job. Food was good too.
Everyone was awkward. Food was foul and over priced.
I have gone to the River Rock & Grill for years and have never disappointed us.
My friends and I often meet as and eat here. It’s consistently good food and friendly service.
Outside patio nice on a warm day. Service was great. Food was good but not excellent.
Berta is an excellent server. She goes beyond to make sure you have an enjoyable dining experience. The food is delicious and served quickly.
Can’t wait till they open the menu up a little more. Great food and view with great service as well. We will be back.
Perfect, quiet evening, excellent meal, service, environment clean. We will be back soon.
Outdoor patio was great. Well spaced tables and great view of golf course. All employees wore masks properly. We were able to get a drink in the bar while waiting for our table. Once seated though, we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come to our table and that was only after I called someone over. After that service was decent. Our appetizer, salmon skewers, was delicious and perfect for sharing. Barely came out before our main meal though. We had the top sirloin which was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Seasonal veggies were extremely salty. Baked potato was fine, really liked the herb butter. The crab ravioli was good. Could definitely taste the crab. Would recommend all these dishes to others. Prices were approximately $15 for appetizers and $25 for mains. We were not offered a desert menu. All employees we encountered were friendly and in good spirits.
It was a pleasant and tasty experience. The waitstaff we’re great! Didn’t seem to mind us chatting for 3 hours, just kept coming back with coffee.
Great burger and fish and chips! Sitting outside watching all the golfers miss their putts! 😁
We sat outside on the deck, which was nice - there was a nice view of part of the golf course. It was fairly busy, but the food came out promptly and tasted good. The one thing we were shocked at is when asked what they have on tap, they had one domestic beer. The server said they were out of everything else, and then really couldn't tell you what kind of bottles and cans they had available. We have been to this restaurant before, and it is on a golf course. They usually have many selections of beer on tap. We were disappointed in the lack of selection and probably won't go back until they are able to fix the situation.
Always enjoy the patio. A few more selections for breakfast would be very much appreciated.
Fun experience! The patio is a perfect location. The golf course location means we were surrounded by well dressed men, also having fun. The tables are spread apart to practice social distancing and we had masks on except when eating. The table we reserved were ready and the afternoon flew by in the sunshine. Good food, good service, good atmosphere!
Really was looking forward to my usual Cobb Salad and Manny's, neither was available.
We had not been to the River Rock in a while. We went for the patio, and we were absolutely surprised by the wonderful food ! everything we ordered was delicious.
(Highly recommend the salmon skewers!) Drinks were really well made, too.
Great outdoor seating. good food. great, convenient location in Renton
Food is always good. They were not buzzy because the golf course was closed.
I enjoy the food and the atmosphere. The waitresses were good and helpful with the specials on the menu.
The food was excellent and it was very enjoyable experience.
Great food and service
We love this restaurant!! So glad you are open again!!
First time back since armageddon! Wonderful crew who recognized us and we received prompt, courteous service. I was a little disappointed that it seemed the french dip sandwiches were a little smaller than I remember, but still very, very good. Later, we had a beer on the patio, with the same wonderful service.
Loved their blackened salmon spinach salad. Also a good glass of red wine. Perfect lunch.
My wife, daughter and son-in-law went to The River Rock Grill & Ale House to celebrate my son-in-law's birthday. The location was clean & comfortable, our server George was awesome and the food & drinks were great! We had an awesome dining experience.
We had a very good meal and a relaxing time. I think it was a good value for the price. It is a cozy and somewhat elegant environment.
Good service, good food....
Not for thanksgiving! It was truly banquet style in a white, boring conference room. Good ok! Ambience awful!
Dinner was good expensive for what they give you
Birthday lunch for som
Food was good we had four different dishes, and one glass of wine. Seems a little speedy
A great stop for an informal bite to eat and a conversation. Good food, only wish they served Fremont beers,..
The service was slow. Took a long time to get the order, then to get checks and pay the bill. Bills were mixed up between the parties. The restaurant was sparsely populated, so no explanation for the delays.
Food was tasty. Would recommend to anyone who has a leisurely afternoon, but not to anyone on a schedule. One of our party had her lunch break from work 1/2 hour over her allotted time.
Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner with our family which included our 97 year old Mother & our 2 year old grandson! With reservations, they accommodated us (with a wheelchair & a high chair) with no problems, with ample parking & handicapped parking & ramps. We had a pleasant view of the golf course & were offered the choice of sitting outside at tables with umbrellas on that beautiful day. The food was excellent, from plentiful BBQ ribs to a large bowl of steamed clams & mussels! We celebrated my 64th birthday & they brought out a complimentary birthday cake with a lit candle. We had a lovely evening ... a perfect end to a celebration that started at Renton River Days! We highly recommend your restaurant & kudos to all your staff!
Slow. Forgot the appetizers and we cancelled after dinner served.
Staff needs some training. Made reservations on Open Table. When we checked on they didn’t show a reservation. We asked twice. Turns out the OT reservation book is across the dining room near the bar. Neither person said we had to check in someplace other than the hostess desk, and no one bothered to check that book. Seems a silly system to me.
It was much better being outdoors than indoors. The servers were not as attentive, however. I had to flag one down to get a refill on my drink. Also, we put in a grill order, and it was "dropped" and we had to ask again. There were several families with children present, and nobody asked the table of loud-mouthed men to watch their language.
We were hoping for good weather to be out on the patio. The dining room/lounge was very dark and somewhat gloomy. The acoustics were not favorable; we could not understand the entertainer when she spoke into the microphone. I did enjoy the music and the food. There was some confusion when our server was "assigned to go home" before we were ready, but we managed.
Food was good. Nice buffet but 20% automatic tip for buffet was excessive since the server only brought drinks.
