   My wife and i were there for our anniversary and the manager went above and beyond to seat us in a nice and private booth. Presented us with a divine appetizer and two champagnes to go along with our dinners. The food and drink were delicious, and we will be returning. Excellent job by the server as well so it was an all-around amazing experience.

   Booked the restaurant before we went to the rodeo. Had to ask a server to take our order as no one came to us. When the food came out it was wrong for two of us as we were a party of six. I complained that my steak was tough couldn’t get a knife through it. Baked potato was hard also. They took the two meals away and said we’d got the wrong order. Then they brought out the meals again just ok still tough and my side dish was cold so I sent that back also. For our inconvenience they brought out one pudding between the six of us which I thought was bad , come on you could do better than that. Didn’t leave a tip thought the service was shocking. Noise level was something else , won’t be booking the restaurant in a hurry . I’ll just come to the Rodeo in the future. Spoilt the night really.

   Overall good meal. A little expensive but not totally unexpected for a resort. Service was good. If you want a booth, you have to put it in the notes of Open Table

   The food was very disappointing. I got the filet mignon and it was cooked perfect however they up charge $3 to “replace” a side and the salad was literally a few leaves of lettuce and 2 cherry tomatoes. The kids tenders were old and cooked again making them hard as a rock. Menu said waffle fries but didn’t get them. No refills on drinks. Disappointing all around for the cost.

   Our bartender/server Andrea was absolutely amazing. She recommended items based on our preferences and opened a new bottle of rose for us as the last one tasted stale. Steaks were prepared to order. This is a quieter spot on the westgate property, perfect for the grandparents to escape from the kiddos for a little quiet time. We were happy to see Andrea on shift the following day. She was so friendly and accommodating. We are looking forward to bringing all the kids and grandkids next time

   Made an open table reservation for 6pm. Showed up at 6pm, NO tables inside available. But they had outside tables. Next to the pasture of horse sht. Literally, no service until 620pm. Twenty minutes ignored outside. And then 10 more minutes to get the order and basic water. Food didn’t come out until 7:15, and the rodeo started at 7:30 so we needed to hurry up and eat. The ribs were shoe leather tough, and the bun used on my sons cheeseburger fell apart in his hands… no ketchup and the ranch he ordered twice never showed up. The waiter brought the bill before the food came out so we could eat and make the rodeo, but that was a mistake. I tipped 20% and the bill came to $100 for 3 people for crap food that we couldn’t even eat. I will never go back and I WILL tell everyone who asks me what my experience was like. Reading the Google reviews, it was NOT unusual for this to happen. Go broke for all I care, don’t treat customers that way. Missed the rodeo and went home.

    For being a pricey restaurant, it was loud and noisy. Understandable, given that it was rodeo night so there were lots of young kids, but they might want to consider expanding the space as it's very tight. What soured the evening was there appeared to be one server trying his best to work multiple large tops. The table next to us rudely demanded that they have their entire bill wiped because they had to wait 10 whole minutes (we waited 20) for the server. Honestly, the poor guy was overwhelmed and it's management's job to keep an eye on their servers and make sure there's coverage, so frankly I place the blame squarely on them. My husband and I have both been servers in the past and try to give a lot of grace to wait staff so we understand that the server was totally covered up and didn't seem to be getting a lot of help. Later, as we were out walking (an hour later) we saw the poor guy STILL getting a lecture at the back of the restaurant. It made us feel badly for him and put a bad taste in our mouth.
