Great for scenic views

As awareness for food safety and security increases and people are becoming more health-conscious, we serve dishes using carefully selected organic ingredients. We use organic vegetables that are pesticide/chemical fertilizer-free. Also, we select meat from producers who cares about having stress-free raising environment for their products, such as natural breeding process, and use of safe feed. We cook natural seafood freshly delivered from farm as well as using organic seasonings for all of our dishes. Please enjoy true and genuine organic cuisine at Rita Organic.

素材の良さ、その素材を活かす調理法に卓越したものがあります。コースで供されるいずれの料理も甲乙なくおいしく、器を含めた盛り付けもセンスよく美しく、食の幸福感を楽しめました。雰囲気はカジュアル過ぎずお高くもなく中庸で、シェフの目がよく行き届くお店との印象を受けました。コストパフォーマンスも高いと思います。

We had the most delightful and delectable dinner! Every dish was divinely flavored and I loved that the chef was open to preparing an impromptu dish at our request. I don’t think you can find another upscale restaurant in Tokyo that serves an entirely organic course in such a romantic, secluded setting. This is my new favorite restaurant!

ランチで、お肉、お魚、両方美味しくいただきました。コースの初めから、最後のデザートまで、どれも好みの味でした。食材の温度、かたさ、量、サーブのタイミングが丁度良く、それらが食材の美味しさを一層美味しくしてくれました。素敵な食器が、妻とのいつもの外食を特別なランチに演出してくれたように感じました。機会があれば、また予約したいです。

This was a wonderful dining experience for my date and I. The maître d' was courteous and inviting from the moment we stepped off the lift. The seven course meal was ascetically elegant, matched by the fusion of fresh fare and flavor. We both felt it was an experience we wouldn’t soon forget. Thanks, Rita Organic!

会社の方と伺わせていただきました。とても雰囲気もよく、席によっては東京タワーを見ながら食事もできます。お料理もお皿からお料理全てこっていて、シェフの実家のお野菜やご自身で育てたものもあり新鮮で美味しいです。特別な日にピッタリなお店かと思います。

とても優しい味です。ワインも、料理に合うものを用意してあり、とても良かったです。皿にこだわりがあるのでしょうか、目でも楽しめますよ。センスが良いです。料理もとても美味しい。特に鴨肉にかかったソースが絶品で、忘れられないです。リピートしたいですね。ディナーで窓際ならば雰囲気も最高ですよ！

久しぶりに会う友達とランチ。4000円のコースを選択。見た目は、少量に感じますが、料理がでるタイミングよくオーガニック、無農薬にこだわっている素材だと思うとお皿の料理は、全て食べることができ、食事中パンは、おかわりできたのでスープやソースをつけて３つ食べ満腹になりました。旬の桜鱒のトマトクリームパスタは、少しスパイシーさもありクリームの重さなく美味しかった。鴨肉のモモ肉は、ボリュームありました。ナイフがよく切れたのでストレスなく鴨肉が切れました。お店は、エレベーター降りて玄関なくすぐに店内ですが、この日は満席でしたがお客さんの出入りが気になりませんでした。

すべて素晴らしいのひとこと。オーガニック料理を求めて、結婚5周年のディナーを妻とともに楽しませてもらった。たんなる新鮮という常識をはるかに超えた素材。オーガニックへのこだわりで自ら畑で栽培した野菜が、シェフのマジックで最高の料理としてお皿に並びます。どんなに遠くても、わざわざ食べに行く価値があります。
