Ristoro del Cinghiale, located on the borders of NoMad, Flatiron, Murray Hill and Kips Bay, at 122 East 27th Street is the fourth restaurant of the Marzovilla family, who founded the 24-year-old iconic Italian spot i Trulli, next door. Ristoro del Cinghiale features the rural tastes of Tuscany in a farmhouse-styled restaurant, with a fireplace and an open kitchen showing off the wood-burning oven. Their Arista di Cinghiale, or wild boar rack, was named one of the top ten dishes of 2018 in New York by Pete Wells of the New York Times. Other top menu items - fresh pasta, handmade by Nonna Dora Marzovilla, Bistecca Fiorentina, whole local trout, Tuscan cured meats and cheeses, and other dishes that can satisfy carnivores to vegetarians and vegans alike. The All-Tuscan wine list boasts boutique growers, with focuses on both classic wines and ones that skew towards biodynamic and 'natural'. There is a full bar, although they urge you to try one of their six selections from the Negroni menu.
