Great food. Great service
I loved ! very nice place and food was delicious! Definitely i'm going again with my boyfriend.
The food is amazing and 100% authentic Italian and the service is impeccable. My only "constructive" criticism is the bland grey decor that slightly diminishes the overall dining experience.
Hidden gem with great food and service
Like its Miami Beach branch, this place has excellent home-made pastas, terrific mains, and friendly service, But here there is a gorgeous covered garden -- and it's almost completely undiscovered! Go!
I believe is still an undiscovered place. We were the only guests. Deserve it more !!
Phenomenal food and outstanding service.
The truffle was flavorless. Truly a disappointment.
I absolutely love this restaurant! It is cute and quaint. My server, Alex B, was awesome. He was attentive and took time to explain the menu to me. When it came time for dessert, I asked the best option between the Tiramisu and the chocolate cake. Instead of offering the more expensive dish, Alex was honest and said the chocolate cake was better. Trust me - it did not disappoint! Everything I tried was exceptional and I will definitely visit again the next time I am in Miami. Via Emilia Garden was so good that I think I will also try its sister restaurant in New York!
ganz kleine portion man bleibt danach hungrig
Via Emilia is popular in South Beach for their delicious traditional menu from Emilia Romagna, Italy. We tried the one in Midtown.
We went on a Saturday night, table of 5, the ambience inside is a little off, it needs some warmth, maybe the floor....the walls...very industrial chic but I think it needs some extra effort in decoration to create a better ambience....and it was very weird to see shoes on the wall. I get it, it’s a very fancy collection but still...I’m eating.
The garden outside is actually very pretty. As a paradox it was a little too cold to eat outside.
Service was great, Manolo took good care of us, and his attention and service were impeccable.
To start we shared gnocco fritto with Prosciutto crudo di Parma, prosciutto cotto (Italian ham) and stracchino...WOW!! Really delicious, the cold cuts were perfectly served, thin and crispy in the typical Italian tradition.
We also got artichokes with parmigiano, very good as well.
Starters could not have been better, it really felt like eating in Modena.
Half of the table had tortellini in broth, and half had fettuccine with porcini mushroom. Both were delicious but a little bit on the salty side. Maybe it was just a salty night....I’d definitely will give another chance because it’s the only place in Miami where you can eat these specialties, hand made tortellini like that are impossible to find anywhere else (even in Italy, only in Emilia Romagna or in some other Michelin Star restaurant).
Great place, I wish them lots of success as they deserve.
They have no liquor license yet. Nice pasta, lovely outdoor patio dining, excellent service (of course, there were only 4 others in the place).
Once you can get a glass of wine, go.
