This is a great restaurant but suffering from staff changes. Tonight’s server was robotic at best and familiar dishes were mediocre. On the positive side long time servers go out of their way to greet patrons even if not in their service area. Still better than most .

A great "go to" for Italian food in a cozy, friendly setting. Servers are wonderful. Food is always top notch. Good wine list, too.

We eat at Paradiso regularly. Yesterday we shared the fabulous antipasto; one of us had the beet salad, and the other had the minestrone soup: everything was great. The service was attentive but not pushy. Our waiter helped us choose the wine.

Overall good experience but nothing outstanding except the host did make a few calls to see if people were going to take their reserved table and no one showed so we got to sit outside. I did send back my pasta, the sauce was like soup and a whole lot of it. It didn’t even coat the pasta. 2nd round was much better.

We Boated over to Kirkland to go up to one of our favorite restaurants. We met our friends at Paradisio for a lovely lunch. Our waiter was awesome and everyone had a delicious meal!! We highly recommend this lovely little restaurant, so delicious and a great wine list!!

I had the veal stuffed with large prawns. It was delicious. Our servers helped each other out, therefore, the service was great. As usual, the bread is one of the most wonderful things about this restaurant....they should bring honey so it could be eaten for dessert.

This was the 3rd or 4th time we have dined here, so obviously it’s decent, however it seems like the quality of the food and service diminishes with each visit.

I had the Scampi Vino Bianco last night and the shrimp was way over cooked, relatively flavorless and didn’t smell great.

We waited for almost 30 minutes for the check and were never even offered dessert.

On the plus side, the ambiance and location are great and the Pollo al Limone never disappoints.

Restorante Paradiso is a wonderful place to dine. It is popular, so it's difficult to get a table. Outdoor seating has made it possible for the restaurant to expand so we were able to dine there on a Saturday night. The Caprese was excellent and beautifully presented. Our entrees ranged from Penne Moda to Filetto Di Miaili. Delightful! The Chianti Classico was also excellent! Restorante Paradiso is my favorite restaurant on the East Side.

Always full and reliable. If I had one suggestion for improvement it would be to change the menu more often and to maybe get a little more adventurous. Of course this really only applies to regulars like me, there is a lot to enjoy on the standard fare.

We took some friends who had never been and they declare it their favorite and they are foodies. Great atmosphere even when inside instead of the lovely outdoor patio. The pork medallions are outstanding. The seafood linguini i had for the first time and it was light and tasty. The linguini with sausage and pepper with cream sauce was declared excellent. The bread is way too good. Carpaccio appetizer was also good. And they always have good wine specials which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Understanding COVID times present new and interesting challenges in the restaurant and service industries, my experience at Ristorante Paradiso was far from paradise.

I'll start with the food, which was exceptionally delicious. I had the gnocchi with sausage and my husband had the lasagna. Both were seasoned perfectly, with mouth-watering acidic tomato sauces. His was ultra cheesy, with enough browning on the cheesy top and edges to give that toasted flavor and yummy chew.

It was the service from our server which really fell short. We waited nearly 10 minutes for our server to greet us, which I understand if the place is short-staffed, but it seemed when we declined to order alcohol or appetizers he decided we weren't worth his time.

We could barely hear him over the mask as he quickly and unenthusiastically recited the day's specials. After we ordered our entrees, he disappeared, never to be seen from again until long after we finished our meals.

In fact, he disappeared so long that he left our meals at the kitchen window and one of the runners had to bring our food to us when the kitchen window became too crowded for more plates. We weren't even offered fresh pepper.

And when I needed a takeout box to package up our leftovers our server tossed one my way and disappeared again (while I later watched him package up another table's leftovers).

I ordered tiramisu to-go and when I got back to our hotel I realized he didn't provide us with any utensils, so that was fun.

I will say the support staff was exceptional, though not exactly attentive (which is fine, that's not their job). They were clearing tables and refilling waters like Olympic athletes in a 100-meter sprint. Our server, on the other hand, was not even on the track.

I'd like to go back here because the food was so good, but I can't in good conscience spend money in a place that cared so little about my experience. Maybe takeout is the way to go for this place? I'll never know.

I love, love, love this restaurant! It is my favorite Italian in Kirkland. I had out of town guests that I wanted to take. Called day before for a reservation at 6 or 7p.m. They said they were all booked up until 8:45 p.m. I waited about an hour and tried back to see if there was a cancellation, got the same answer 8:45 p.m. So, started looking elsewhere and disappointed that I was not going to be able to take my friends for dinner at a time they could do. After looking for something else, I decided to go on OpenTable for a reservation. Low and behold!!! Many time slots available. Picked 6:30 and received confirmation. Unbelievable to me a restaurant would do this!!! Food was not as good as usual, pasta vongole in white wine sauce was very dry, 2 people ordered. The lasagne was good he said! Server who brought our dinners set them on the table and left quickly. Did not ask if we wanted anything else. Everyone seemed over-whelmed which made for not such a great experience this time. :(

Love Ristorante Paradiso. Food is always good. The bread is way too good. Hard to resist. I had pork tenderloins which were excellent. Pasta dishes always good. Wine list is decent. Service is good too. Sitting outside is first come first serve but we usually get a spot. Highly recommend.

Date Night at Paradiso. We had the daily specials, Rack of Lamb and Halibut Pomodoro. Both were delicious, as was the appetizer of beef carpaccio. The restaurant was busy and a bit louder than normal due to some loud larger groups. Gotta teach adults to use their indoor voices and not have phone conversations in a restaurant! Great, professional service with Jesus! Thanks for a fun evening.

The wine selection was not as good.. only 3pr 4 wines are offered by the glass. no Pinot , The majority of the wine is domestic. Looking for Italian French or wine from Spain not many there on their extensive list.

The restaurant was extremely busy last night (Sunday). Consequently, this impacted our service. Nevertheless, the cocktails and food were excellent and the water was very gracious - especially given that he and the other wait staff were on overload.

We would certainly return.
