Delightful experience from start to finish. The premises are upscale, clean, and tasteful. The service was impeccable, from the hostess to each wait staff member. We enjoyed the food, which was superb and perfectly timed, as well as the lounge afterward. We are looking forward to our return visit!

Antonio offered a very lovely and welcoming greeting. Sat at the bar for drinks and dinner. Joseph is a wonderful bartender! Very knowledgeable. Always so nice to see Mr Buriss and Dean Schneider. Love coming here. Try some of the many digestifs after dinner.

This restaurant is just A+ Everything was GREAT! The food is so Amazing. The 1st time I went there was Monday and I had the New York Strip that was so good! I went back on Wednesday and had the biggest shrimp I've had in years... I can't wait to go back again... FOOD IS AMAZING!!!

Dinner in the Versace Room started out well but as the room filled, our wait staff disappeared. Excellent entertainment from the pianist later accompanied by bassist, drummer and singer. All very talented and positive vibe. Food was expectedly pricey but excellent.

We did a 5pm dinner reservation on Saturday night to celebrate my dad’s 80th birthday. It was exactly what we were hoping for. The food, service and atmosphere was all great. We left about two hours later and it was definitely picking up in pace but still all seemed comfortable and well staffed. If you want a great meal with a great experience and atmosphere this is worth the bill in my opinion.

Really good, our waiter was way too busy, service started out great but got worse as the restaurant got busier, it is something that should be considered, he also rushed us off when we were paying the bill. It should be a lesson learned.

This was an amazing dinning experience for my 45th bday. The service was five stars from the main dining room to piano bar music WOW 🤩 I felt like a queen. I can’t wait to go back for another special occasion! Skip NYC or Philly Luca is hands down the best restaurant ever!

Our second visit, this time with friends. We were greeted immediately once entering. Very friendly, hostess, smiling and happy . We were seated immediately, although were a bit early. Our server and staff were very friendly, very accommodating and knowledgeable. Our are drinks , appetizers, entrées and desserts were delivered in appropriate time. The food was prepared perfectly great quality, very tasty. Highly enjoyable. Thank you, Lucca’s owners and management for providing such fine dining in the area, we needed it. There are plenty of T-shirt and jeans establishments around here. This isn’t and thank-you again, for that.

I took my wife her for her birthday and was excited for high end experience. Having kids, we rarely get to treat ourselves. It was a Friday night so we made reservations. Upon walking in we were greeted by the host staff and they were very friendly and promptly welcomed us and checked my wife's coat. It was my first time here and the decor is top notch. Unfortunately, it went downhill from here. We were taken to our table and dirty silverware on the table. Looked like butter on knife and plate from previous patrons. Ok, mistakes happen. I let our server know after about 10 minutes when they finally showed and it was taken care off. Food was delicious. Our major complaint is that we were never once asked if we wanted another drink or even a "check in" by server or any staff after we ordered our meals. Noone checked if it was cooked properly, nobody asked my wife if she wanted more wine, me another drink. Nothing. We sat for and hour and 25 minutes before our waiter finally came over and STILL didn't ask if we wanted anything to drink. I think he may have known we didn't look happy and offered my wife a slice of tiramissou (sp) cake. Didn't ask if we wanted after dinner drinks or bring dessert menu. We then waited another 25 minutes for that to come out. We were seriously considering walking over to the piano bar to get some drinks and telling the hostess to forward over our bill to there. We spent almost 3 hours there and 75% of the time we were waiting for service of some sort, which never happened . I expected better. It's a good thing I like my wife's company :) . Even at Applebee's does a manager walk around asking how everything was. From what I see on other reviewers negative comments, the manager will ask to call to discuss. Maybe if that sort attention was given while we were there we wouldn't need to discuss anything. The service left a bad taste in my mouth and likely will not return. Not worth the almost $300 bill after tax and tip.

Lovely evening with dinner at the beautiful bar in the lounge with the talented Dean Schneider at the piano. Antonio the maitre ‘d was particularly cordial and helpful. Professional and knowledgeable service from the bar staff. We were fortunate to taste fresh sardines that had just come in. Absolutely wonderful! As always, great pasta. Also it’s always lovely seeing the charming and welcoming Bill Burris.

Very expansive restaurant but the food and service are outstanding. Generally speaking, the atmosphere is low key and quiet, which makes for an enjoyable dining experience when it's just you and your significant other. However, they seated a group of maybe 8 people right next to us, who were rather loud as if they were the only ones in the restaurant. Of course, as the evening progressed, the volume of their conversations only got louder. My wife and I found it very distracting. Other than that, we were very pleased. According to what I read on their website; they have a dress code. I was disappointed to see several men dining without a jacket, which they require. I think it's disrespectful to dine at a restaurant such as this and not be properly attired.

Beautifully decorated and laid out. Food is excellent on some items and some just good. In the lounge area the music is nice and I enjoyed it. However they need to realize it’s not a rock concert and the music is entirely too loud. It’s so loud you cannot have a conversation over it. The staff in bar area is young and thereby not so on top of things like serving a cheese and meat board with no napkins or silverware or toothpicks. The managing partner stopped by the table , super polite and friendly. He gets hospitality very well and will undoubtedly work out the small kinks. I give it a Well Done overall on its way to excellence. 😎👍

Perhaps one of the best meals I have ever eaten. From the minute we walked in, when we were greeted by the hostess, until we left almost 3 hours later it was a wonderful experience. We had the Caesar salad prepared table side. We also had what was unquestionably the best pasta I have ever had in my life. I had a seafood special which was pricey, but delicious. We finished the evening in the lounge, listening to music and having after dinner drinks. The restaurant is expensive, but for a special evening, so very worth it!

Food was excellent, but pricey as expected. Next time I’ll probably just get the table side Caesar salad for two as an appetizer and then skip the first course and go right for the second course which is the main dish. One bit of criticism I have is the specials are not written on the menu because the menu is actually LED so they are all premade with their original dishes. Most of the waiters have a broken accent, so it was hard for me to understand what the specials were. I definitely recommend hitting the piano lounge after dinner.

We went to Ristorante Lucca for the first time and everyone working there were all very attentive and helpful to our needs. They emphasized their attention to detail in the dining room which is beautifully adorned with Italian art and popular artists. Most especially, the food was presented perfectly and tasted exquisite. We were all very impressed with our experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

We had looked forward to eating at this restaurant for the ambience and the foods. The ambience was there and we were welcomed by the Managing Partner who told us about the wonderful fish that were menu specials. My wife eats only fish, not meat or chicken. We started with the caesar salad that was prepared tableside. It appeared to be done correctly, however it lacked the bite that was typical of a good caesar salad. We shared a pasta that was pretty good. My wife had the yellowtail snapper that the manager had recommended. It was deboned tableside but had to be sent back because it was not cooked enough. My filet mignon was served at the same time. It was ordered to be cooked medium, but was a bit overcooked. It came with mashed potatoes. My wife's fish came with no sides so she ordered some potatoes as a side. Her fish finally arrived and was far from appetizing. Her side dish arrived after she finished the fish. We ordered dessert from a menu that was not very exciting. Her chocolate mousse was good. The restaurant was terribly overpriced for what was served. An expensive piece of fish came with no sides. I spoke to the Managing Partner the next morning and told him of our concerns. He could have offered some incentive to come again, but did not. All in all a very unhappy experience and I would not go there again.
