This is my go-to restaurant for sharing dinner with friends and family. It is quiet so we can hear each other. Service is very good and atmosphere is very comfortable. Fireside dining makes it all very nice.

La Loconda has always been an excellent choice for both Lunch and dinner. Great menu choices especially in native Italian cuisine. However, this visit seemed to lack what I have come to expect from previous visits over the years. Perhaps this was owing to a packed house, being the weekend before Valentines Day. It seemed like the entrees took forever to arrive. The temperature of the food was consistent and obvious for the delay. All of our meals were Luke warm. Our server was nowhere to be found a and since we were seated in a small side room that is generally used for private parties, other servers we were not visible to beckon. We decide to begin our meal. Next, we all desired to order wine with the entree. By the time our server Tony arrived at the table, took our wine order and served the selections, we had all finished most of the meal. I will not be discouraged by this unusual occurrence because we have had so many great meals and good service experiences at this restaurant. I would hope this was only a bad night and will not be the new norm for La Locanda.

The service was horrible, and the food was average at best. Fairly easy to get a reservation, now we know why.
