Lo staff di Fubi’s, un team composto da cinque giovani appassionati di cucina, lavora sodo ogni giorno per portare in tavola piatti originali e genuini. La cucina di questo locale che si trova in via Oberdan a Pietrasanta vi sorprenderà per la sua ricercatezza, ma non è certo un successo causale, anzi. Dietro a Fubi’s infatti c’è una filosofia ben precisa, quella di una cucina che vuole essere da ponte tra terra e mare, offrendo quindi ai clienti piatti che mescolano sapori e profumi diversi tra loro, quindi non solo della zona di Pietrasanta.
