   This was our second time. My Italian mother-in-law said it was her best meal in Miami, so we've been 2x during her visit. The owners are from Sardegna and are lovely people. Here are our recommendations so far -- Lamb, Veal Tonato, Spaghetti alle Vongole, Risotto, Branzino was extremely fresh and delicious. Great wine list as well! Looking forward to returning soon!

   Ristorante Forchetta is elegantly simple. The food is superb, the service is highly attentive but not overbearing, and the prices are very reasonable given the quality of the food and the experience. A wonderful place to discover with good friends.

    2nd visit in two days, it’s that good! Went with the truffle spaghetti; AMAZING! Real truffle too, not the stuff that’s sometimes sold to you as truffle but tastes like nothing.

    What a gem! Took my German family here as they wanted Italian for dinner, meaning Italian-Italian, not American-Italian. The food was amazing! Favorites were the Vongole appetizer and the Truffle Fiocchetti! Service was great as well. Very attentive and knowledgeable. We’ll be back!

    Love this restaurant, for eating al fresco…and excellent AND quick take-out! (Have never eaten inside…) Consistently delicious, with gracious service. Lots of menu items—something for everyone, although we are particular fans especially of the branzino, the pastas, the shrimp. The portions sizes are moderate. Will returns nd encourage others to.     When a restaurant serves wine by the glass and it looks like a tasting portion they are making their money by being cheap. It’s in a nice place. I’m afraid not for long. Food was not good either.

    Absolutely delicious! From the fresh vegetables in the salad to the most tender veal scallopini, this is 100% must do. The owners daughters are the servers. He’s from Italy and his wife is from Munich. It’s a shame only a few tables were seated despite it being off season. I would call it a hidden gem! A++++ rating.

    Amazing restaurant, the outdoor seating was the best. We will definitely be back. The owner was so nice we met him when we arrived. The food was amazing perfect portion sizes and was so Yummy. We plan to go back again before we leave.

    It is always a pleasure to enjoy an evening at Forchetta. The truffled pasta is divine as are so many of the dishes and the Sicilian wines are fun to discover. The evening would not be complete without one of the fabulous desserts.

    This family run Italian spot is a true gem in KB. The lobster ravioli is fabulous. The beef ragu was perfectly prepared with gnocchi. All the pasta is house made and the owner, Mario along with his daughters Raphaella and Allysandro are wonderful hosts. We had a wonderful time talking wine with Mario and sharing stories of Florence with Alyssandro. We can’t wait to return!

    Loved this authentic Italian restaurant. The owner is from Sardinia. Everything was delicious The Sardinian wine should be explored. We loved the red and the white. Service is lovely and very personable.
