We love going. Always great food and service. It’s our go to with friends.
We had a lovely experience--the food was delicious--many gluten-free options--very nice wine list--reasonable prices on the wine--friendly/knowledgeable server. Everyone loved their meal!! (Leftovers worked well the next day :-))
Food and service were great. Went back for happy hour
Great service and food. Huge menu with lots of choices. Every time I’ve eaten there it has been a great experience on all fronts.
Micihael and his crew always offer a fine dining experience. The food is great, the staff professional and welcoming, overall the ambiance is really nice. We enjoy going to Farfalla on special occasions as well as just to enjoy an evening out with friends and family. After twenty years of business, it is a good choice for most people.
Happy with food and service. Great value. Nice wine list, reasonable prices.
Food good. Slow service . Chef takes his time need fifty words to post
Excellent food & service, upscale italian, pricey but worth it beer & wine only
Great find! Located in an unassuming shopping center. Food was terrific. Service was top notch. Only bad thing in the menu was the coffee at the end. An Italian restaurant should have really good coffee.. it was just bad.
Food very good. Price too high even with the deduction. Needed more help with the menu
This is a great restaurant. We go at least once (and sometimes more) during each of our many trips to the area . Ok - the chef is not Italian but he truly learned his craft well during his years in NJ.
Veal dishes were very good. The bolognese sauce was very unique and we were not fans. Our server was absent but since we had a party of 6 still charged 20% while not providing us with any service. We will not return.
Food was delicious, service was great. Good spot with ample parking. Maitre’d was very welcoming. We will be back!
Loved the host's Italian greeting, "Buonasera". The dining room was clean and tidy, loved the white table cloths and classic table setting. All 3 of us loved our meals, absolutely excellent. Our waiter was skilled and polite but not friendly.
I took my mother in law here for her 60th birthday dinner, we had looked up the restaurant via Open Table, as I had a gift card to use through OT. The restaurant was rated 4.5 stars and had overall good reviews.
This particular night we came, they had 2 c/o’s for cooks, and I think one server call out too. Either way, the hostess who was lovely and gracious, should have told the customers coming in of the very particular situation they were facing, because I would have gone somewhere else.
Now I understand that things like this do come up, but we waited over an hour for our main course, and the food itself was not at all worth the price tag.
I had the red snapper, my mother in law had the New Zealand lobster, and my husband had the steak. The steak was totally undercooked and we sent it back one time to be cooked to the way he ordered it, (medium rare) came back again still wet shiny, and a deep pink/purple in the middle. Very disappointed as we were very hungry by the time we got our food.
Moms lobster dish was very difficult to eat as the lobsters served are a small crawfish, and the amount of meat between the three or four crawfish you get isn’t enough to fill you up. Paying 32$ for it was not at all worth it.
My red snapper was flavorful, but again nothing special.
Everyone was very tense that night and you could feel it amongst the staff, as the customers were antsy and upset with how long they waited for food to come out.
They brought out a complimentary crème brûlée with a candle for my moms birthday which was nice and greatly appreciated.
It’s nothing against the hard working staff that tried to deal with a very upsetting situation, but overall we were all very disappointed. I would have rather been told head on that we should go somewhere else due to the situation. Since walking into a restaurant with such high ratings, you expect that level of service, food quality, and over all value, and we definitely didn’t receive that.
Another wonderful dinner at Ristorante Farfalla. Always a pleasant experience. Food is never a disappointment. Wine prices could be more reasonable.
Excellent food and service. Food is homemade and fresh. We had the special Ravioli with 5 cheeses and the Chicken Francese. Both were delicious especially the Marinara sauce served with the Ravioli. They accommodated splitting the portions in the kitchen since we wanted to share and taste multiple entrees. It was a birthday celebration and they brought out a nice dessert with a candle. Definitely would go back.
Home made pasta, spicy sauces, tasty lamb dishes. Enjoy authentic Italian food.
Thought a little pricey. Food and service excellent. Ambiance needs a little work
Good food, lots of local patrons,. It is in a shopping center store front but ie ambience was good and the service very good. Definitely recommend!!
Great food and service. Very attentive and the owner/chef is the best. We love this place. Thanks
Fresh ingredients. Great service. Creative cuisine. Nice atmosphere.
Excellent service and ambiance. Food was very good. Would definitely go back.
We have known Michael for several years and he gets better with time. New items on the menu are always outstanding. Mature professional staff makes you feel at home. Our server ,"Matt", was gracious, informative, and a true gem.
Hidden gem in Publix strip mall serving delicious homemade Italian dishes. Loved it!
Was lovely, had plenty of time, never felt rushed.
Farfalla's is always outstanding in food quality and service. It is our favorite restaurant for almost 20 years!
Have eaten here a number of times and it never disappoints. Food is always outstanding.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The wait staff were wonderful and the food was excellent. The wine selection was varied. We will return.
Everything was great from service to the delicious food
Was there for my dad’s Birthday and the restaurant did a great job. Service was exceptional and food was awesome. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great Italian food. Will definitely be coming back.
Interesting, extensive menu. Fairly priced.
Fabulous , will return often.
Have been here frequently but not for a few years, disappointed to find the tables so close together, so lost some of the ambiance. However, the food and the service remain excellent.
Lovely restaurant which has been in this spot for 20 years - long before there was any reason to drive to Estero. Its worth the drive.
This is our second time at Ristorante Farfalla. They are very accommodating to Gluten Free diners. Our waiter was well informed, and offered many options. However, the restaurant was SO freezing, we ate (with jackets on, I might add) and left quickly. Most all other diners were wearing jackets as well. Food cools off immediately and it is very uncomfortable to have the cold air blasting on you.
Tables are very close to each other which makes conversations a bit hard to hear and talk in a personal way.
Over the last 4 years we have always received excellent serice and outstanding meals. The pasta dishes are to die for.
Excellent food and service as usual. Will visit again from Naples in a couple of weeks. Worth the trip!!
