Delois’s food and attentive service. This was our second time and we were not disappointed.

Ciao never disappoints. We were late herding cats, and Mom at the door said she was going to call to see where we were. Wait staff lazily attentive, carpeted floors make this the quietest restaurant you want. Food excellent as usual. Owner/chef chatted after dinner. Good value, great food and nice people.

We have eaten at the restaurant many times and order Grilled Dover Sole before. This time it came looking uncooked swimming in Oil. When we complained we were told by the chef owner it was cooked in the over which was the only way he cooked it. This was a blatant lie he did take it away put it under the grill and returned it to us with cold vegetable that had not been kept warm. He offered us a desert on the house which I declined. Dover sole is the most expensive item on the menu so we were not happy Will give the miss in future.

Nice place and the food was very good. Main criticism is that the portions were small and my particular dish, the short ribs, were very fatty. The pasta was very good though along with the salad. Will go again.

My shrimp scampi with a side order of broccoli was so small I was starving afterwards and I am a small person size 2.

As always, we had a fabulous meal. To make it even more memorable, we had a great visit with the chef/owner.
The desserts we had were wonderful. We will be back next year for sure.

I’ve enjoyed Ciao for several years, and often bring friends. The food is consistently outstanding, and the staff friendly and efficient.
When we arrived on Tuesday night, I was pleasantly surprised with the recently completed renovation! They have done a beautiful job improving the ambiance.
My friends had never been, and felt as I do....can’t wait to go back!

Food was just OK. Had the Buffalo mozzarella appetizer and it was lots more tomato then mozzarella. Wife had the Bolognese and it was not very good.

We went for early dining. This was our first time at Ciao. The service was wonderful. The food portions were just right. The quality was very good. If you go for early dining, don’t be late. They are strict about that.

While we always enjoy Ciao, we went for my husband's birthday and advised the restaurant. We were shocked when they didn't comp his dessert. They are fairly expensive and we felt insulted.

We and our guests enjoyed the refind dining at Ciao. We were pleasantly surprised by the great taste of the Calamari which demands further enjoyment. A return before much time elapses is a great plan!

We always love Ciao, but this was a small disappointment. Valentine’s Day , plus we were observing abstaining from meat as it was Ash Wednesday. There were many meatless options on the menu, so I chose Lobster ravioli. The menu described it as stuffed with lobster “with lobster on top”,so for $32 I was expecting lobster on top and there was none. So, I really couldn’t justify $32 for a pasta dish, although it did have lobster in it.

Hate to leave this, as my wife and I were looking forward to a place we have never been. Bad drinks, tasteless food, makeover needed badly. Besides that, everything was fine. There are too many nice places in Naples to ever return here.

The burrata appetizer is excellent as are the pastas. The service both times we went was top notch. It’s a great value on Monday nights when they offer 1/2 price pastas.

Lovely authentic italian dining. The veal is so tender. And it is veal not fake like some other Naples overpriced restaurant claims. Tenderly cooked to perfection, not deep fried. The extra parking is a +++.

Ciao has the best calves liver I've ever had. Excellent early bird menu as well as regular menu. Great service and quiet so you can have a conversation. This is a gem that is one block off 5th Ave.
