Ristorante Ciao - Naples Ratings and Reviews
On our first experience with Ristorante-Ciao we were given a great table in the corner for the two of us, very nice. The food was excellent but our waitress, Natalie, really made the dinner very enjoyable. She was such a professional in explaining our options and her service was outstanding. This is a well run restaurant, highly recommend!
Our evening are Ciao reminded us of high quality Italian dinners in Chicago dining institutions we have enjoyed in the past. Busy, bustling service, but quiet enough to enjoy a conversation at the table. Quality of food was excellent, the meal was paced well, for a memorable dining experience only a block off of touristy Fifth Avenue, I recommend Ciao !
Our party of five had a wonderful evening. We enjoyed four different wines and four different entree’s. My Shrimp fra Diablo was delicious. Two in our party are big fans of Ciao, the other three had never been there before. All of us are already planning our next visit. It is such a welcoming restaurant. Natalie was our server, and was absolutely wonderful.
Thanks for a great evening.
We had a lovely meal at Ristorante Ciao. It is quiet, a bit out of the way, and very nice. The food was excellent as was the service. It was topped off by having Limoncello sorbet for dessert, a dish we have been looking for and unable to find anywhere else.
For an Italian restaurant that gives you only three slices of bread with plain olive oil we had to ask for cheese and more bread. Food was tasteless and wine very expensive. Growing up in a very Italian family this is no way Italian's eat. I was very disappointed.
Again, we have some mixed views of our experience. One of our friends ordered the bronzini. She felt the portion was much too small. We agreed. I had the shortribs which also turned out to be a small portion and were kind of dried out. The wine list is a bit expensive and has a tendency to be intimidating. We do enjoy the ambiance of Ciao and the service was good.
My wife and I went on the Wednesday 1/2 price pasta night. As with other times we have gone, the pasts was fantastic and VERY reasonably priced. I would recommend it for anyone that wants fresh pasta at a great price, in a very nice restaurant.

We are frequent diners at Ciao...love it. The staff is friendly, always welcomes everyone with a smile, and all do their best to make each dining experience special. Hostess Joan greets all regulars by name, and the waitstaff; Julian, Natalie, and all others go out of their way to please .
Will be back again and again.
