A simple table where the "dish" is the protagonist, a very attentive and warm service and a wine chart- about one hundred labels- accurately selected among the excellence of the Piedmont and some "treats" from everywhere. However, launching one’s business also requires a lot of courage, and inspiration for this was found in "Amélie", a French bulldog died at thirteen overflowing with willpower and grit. It was the fusion of these two feelings which gave birth to the name and the location of Ristorante Casa Amélie, 20 seats, two floors and deliberately minimal style in via Carlo Ignazio Giulio 4b, within the lovely Roman Quadrangle.

This restaurant was an excellent choice and we were extremely happy with our dining experience. This is a small establishment run by Chef Guido who does everything himself. Congenial host, chef, server and sommelier. The food was amazing. Great selection s, delicious food and beautiful presentation. We ordered the 3 selection tasting menu and ate outside. Although the bar next door was a little noisy, it did not impact our dining experience. Chef was very congenial, talented and an overall wonderful person that only enhanced our experience. I highly recommend Casa Amelie when you are in Torino. We will definitely be going back. Grazie mille Guido! Alla prossima! Oh, yes… the chef’s mother makes the bread..addicting! Buon appetitto!

We had a terrific dinner at Casa Amelie. The waiter and chef were very helpful explaining the dishes as we don’t speak Italian. We opted for a 3 course dinner with wine pairing that worked out very well. Everything was delicious and creative. Highly recommend

So once in a couple of years you taste something that can only be described as close to heaven. This time it was the “Tortelloni di genovese napoletana e pepe nero affumicato” Ridiculously good.

L'ennesima cena da Amélie ha portato all'ennesima conferma: è un locale in cui si sta bene, si mangiano piatti gustosi e a tratti sorprendenti, si respira un'atmosfera rilassata, e si paga il giusto (o sin meno!). Consigliatissimo.

Prima volta. Cibo molto valido, piatti preparati con la giusta fantasia. Sapori chiari in bocca senza aggiunta di orpelli che ne guasterebbero il gusto originale. In particolare ottimo e particolare il baccalà e altrettanto la ricciola. Essendo un'osteria pensavo di spendere un po' meno. Partendo da prezzo dei due piatti a 35€, (a persona), bevendo solo l'aperitivo (spumante metodo classico), acqua minerale e un caffè, ho speso 96€
